Within walking distance of a bistro/cafe, curry house and award winning pubs -The Old Hall and Paper Mill. Walking, running and biking from the door. Centrally located between the Goyt and Hope Valley. We are part of the local running and biking community so happy to offer advice. 1 double bed, 1 single, 1 bunk. Garage for bike storage on request. Off road parking for 2-3 cars.

A traditional 2 bedroom cottage located close to the canal in the village of Buxworth, on the border of the Peak District. Both bedrooms have double beds, one of which can be converted into a twin, making it ideal for a family. There is a small courtyard, for early morning coffee, with a secure out-building, for storing muddy boots or bicycles. Fabulous position for walking and cycling whilst being close to public transport, Chinley and Whaley Bridge train station are both close by.

A number of walks are accessible directly from the cottage. Hayfield village and Kinder Scout are 5-10 minutes drive away, Mam Tor slightly further. Close to Chinley train station (10 minutes walk) Welcome pack provided, including food basics and wine. Dogs welcome (upto 2) Fully compliant with recent changes to fire regs.
