The apartment was great, near Box Hill centre which saves heaps of time for travelling and getting food. It can get a bit noisy at night due to the sound of the train running by but you'll get used to it after a couple of nights. The kitchen is great with all neccessary equipment and amentities. However the carpet got some pet hair, probably from previous guests. Vacuum cleaner is available if you want to do an extra clean. Ken and Irene communicate well. Even sent videos of check in walk through and very accommodating with questions and request.

I liked the place because it is cozy and got a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Good area to be because parking is free , walking distance to the restaurants and close to the City of Melbourne.

Great place, views are amazing, especially at night...many different Asian style restaurants and stores in the area.. like a little China Town! Pool is fantastic and there is a very hot spa! that wasn't even in the listing.. so added bonus 😀👍.. I recommend staying here.

David is an amazing host! Always available and pleasant. Extremely helpful and welcoming. lovely to deal with. The location is perfect and building has so much to offer. I’ll be staying there again hopefully for a longer period than 1 month! Thanks David :)

I am a returning guest of Faye’s and with good reason! I always know that I will feel welcome and that any questions I have are responded to very promptly. This apartment has a wonderful top floor balcony where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot, and there’s a great new couch! Secure underground parking use an added bonus. I always enjoy walking around the neighborhood and the convenience of the local shops and restaurants. This is my quiet oasis and I look forward to my next visit. 😊

I was very happy with LY Hotel’s apartment and the location I stayed in while in Melbourne. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The apartment had great views of the Melbourne skyline. It was clean, comfortable and had the amenities I needed for a three night stay. Close walking distance to Box Hill Central. Good choice of restaurants, supermarkets and public transport helpful. Would recommend, and stay here again.

I’ve booked Annika & Amon place to stay as it was close by to yarra valley for my sister’s wedding. The living room was very spacious. We like that the park was just a walking distance for the kids . There is more than enough utensils to cook for a big family. We all a good time at Annika and Amon place. Would highly recommend this place especially for big family like us.

Lovely home for a family of you want to stay out of the city but close to public transport to get you into the city

Qi's place is remarkable. Bed is really comfortable and house is well equipped. I didn't use the kitchen to cook, but many restaurants around within 15mins walk. Although shower head needs to be fixed other than that it's nice and comfortable.

Lovely place to stay if you are travelling with a family! Lots of space and absolutely loved how clean you keep the place Bingbing🥰Neighbourhood nice and peaceful. Travelled for an event not far, very happy we found this place last minute. Host was always responsive and helpful when we reached out!

The house was nice and spacious and good locality to explore surround areas. The house had everything you needed and Emily was a great host and responsive to messages

Great price and location and great place to stay with kids. The only thing I would like is an enclosed back yard as my 3 year is a runner 🤭

Lovely place is really like home for the family to enjoy their space time , Yu always gives feedback promptly , and there has a shopping center just 5 minutes walk away can get everything you need easily, we really had a good time in this space, thanks for the host ! Sophie

Lovely place, great facilities!

Good location near transport and cafes/restaurants, short walk to supermarket, property near and tidy with useful inclusions such as basic toiletries and cooking ingredients. Slightly longer response time to queries but as the information provided upfront was thorough, we had no need for urgent communication during our stay.

Karen is a very nice host and being very flexible. Her communication is excellent and her apartment is nice and big enough to stay for 2 people. The carpark is also easily accessed and the visitor parking also helps a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at Krystle's place. Bill was very friendly and helpful, showed us everything step by step in person. The place was clean and comfortable, along with various amenities. The location was great, with a shopping mall just below and the main streets next to it.

Was in a perfect position for us, very clean and quiet. Peter/Jacqui always answered messages very quickly. We hope to come back and will definitely come back to Aria 209. Was a very comfortable flat.
