Perfect stay for our family visiting Melbourne, very clean apartment, great view of the city and walking distance to the local shops. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and come back to stay again when we come back to Melbourne next.

Yueyi is such a nice host for our single night stay. She and her partner are helpful to arrange the check in time for us even we arrived in late night. The place is convenient and closed to the shopping centre. The place comes with a parking spot so it’s suitable for someone prefers driving around Melb. The only downside of the room is probably the temperature as it is getting a bit hot even you open the window. And I understand why Yueyi leave the fan inside the room too. Overall, the place both bedroom and bathroom are wonderful for both short term or long term stay. Yueyi is nice to communicate and responsive for any arrangement you need. Much appreciated!!

That was a great place for staying in Boxhill. Very good location, just 2mins to the shopping center. The rooms were great and clean, looks very nice than others.

Pro: This unit quite new, beautiful, big space, clean and easy to access. Near train station, tram stop and boxhill shopping center. The host very friendly, fast respond and flexible. Cons: The kitchen utilities lack tea spoon, kitchen towel and facial towel. The body wash, shampoo and toilet tissue need to provide more consider the length stay of the guest. But we can request more to them. The carpark paid for $15/day. I thought its free because I saw the other unit in the same building free carpark in the airbnb.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything regarding our booking was clear and well communicated prior to our arrival. Our early check in was accommodated easily, and we were welcomed and shown around additional accessible facilities in the building. While we didn’t end up using the pool or outdoor area, we would definitely consider coming again at key times such as New Years for the amazing views. The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. One bedroom window whistled during a slightly windy evening, however, the sound didn’t last long. In all , we would recommend.

We had a great stay. The location was fabulous, right in the city easy access to free zone trams and train stations. The apartment was great everything we needed for our family and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of girls. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Great central location. Car park is very tight but that is the building design and nothing to do with the parent itself. Don’t use with large car. The location. Was fantastic!

Incredible apartment! Our whole stay was such a wonderful experience- great host, comfortable beds, huge living space and plenty of room for our kids with the 3 bedrooms, very handy having a carpark onsite and a beautiful indoor pool but the VIEW Is the best part of all- simply stunning during day and night. Can highly recommend!

Great location in the Melbourne CBD. We were a family of four and the place was loved by all. Could see Melbourne beauty from the comfort of our bed. MCG, Docklands, DFO, lots of food options are all nearby. Our host was very responsive and had provided clear instructions. Would love to visit and stay at the same place again :)

We were in the Yarra Valley for a family wedding. The house was perfect for a group getting ready for a wedding. The bedrooms are large. There are 2 living spaces and 2 outdoor spaces, giving ample seperation so no one felt on top of each other. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The area was very quiet which was perfect for us. The surrounding area is very picturesque and well located for the various functions that we attended. The house was very clean.

We had a lovely stay! The house was in great condition—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds, and a lovely fireplace that made the evenings extra special. The large windows brought in so much natural light and offered stunning views of the forest. We especially loved the outdoor deck where we could sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The location is truly unique—right in the middle of the forest, completely immersed in nature. It was quiet, private, and a perfect escape from the city. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to unwind and enjoy a natural, serene setting.

This was our second "Girls wknd" at Kates. When we walked in this time, it was like coming home! The property is so spacious, we truly had everything we needed to enjoy hanging out together regardless of what the weather brought... and Melbourne provided that chilly winter blast! Kate's attention to detail for what guests might need is wonderful. Sharp knives, lots of towels, meant having meals in was easy. A generous supply of welcome treats, ample supplies for beautiful fires throughout the weekend were just a few of the highlights. Kate's response time was fantastic and second to none when we had a few hiccups. I would highly recommend Kate's place for a group or family destination!

Oliver’s Cottage was in a very peaceful quiet cul de sac a few minutes walk from the main street of Yarra Glen. It’s beautifully styled accommodation and the outside deck with spa and sauna plus state of the art BBQ and pizza oven is a highlight. We had 10 people staying the weekend for our daughter’s wedding and luckily after a night of heavy rain, we had a stunning fine day for the big celebration. Hopefully the leak in Bedroom 1 will be attended to before the next downpour! I highly recommend the cottage for a large group for a comfortable and relaxing weekend away.
