We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The location was great—peaceful with beautiful views, and close enough to explore the local suburbs. Our kids especially loved looking out at the scenery and roaming around the area. Julie was a responsive and thoughtful host. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others. 对于之前在澳洲呆过的人来说，这套房源的地理位置应该是综合下来最方便的了，没车的人尤其适合，楼下就有菜市场，超市，药房，餐厅，火车站，房东还配了一个车位，就是按钮不太好按。房源风景很美，很适合花时间好好在屋里待一天。卫生环境也，房东配备了足够的基础用品，但是被套可以换一下形式，太容易掉了。很推荐的房源，再回来还会考虑住这里的：D

Lovely apartment with a stunning view in a super convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Justin’s place was super comfortable. The only issue we faced was with the bed in the 3rd bedroom (closest to the bathroom) as it creaked everything you turn on the mattresses. Communication was perfect and the location is ideal. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great place, views are amazing, especially at night...many different Asian style restaurants and stores in the area.. like a little China Town! Pool is fantastic and there is a very hot spa! that wasn't even in the listing.. so added bonus 😀👍.. I recommend staying here.

Ken and Irene are by far the best hosts I’ve encountered on Airbnb. They are incredibly responsive and go above and beyond in their hospitality. The apartment is impeccably maintained, spotless, and truly lives up to the photos. My wife and I absolutely loved the minimalist design—it gave the place an upscale, yet cozy hotel-like feel. Every detail has been thought of, with the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom fully equipped with all the necessary supplies and amenities. The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with excellent connections to surrounding areas, including restaurants, supermarkets, and convenient transportation links. To top it off, the stunning Box Hill Gardens is just around the corner! This apartment truly feels like home.

Absolutely loved our stay at Yihang’s home, beautiful apartment with beautiful views, great amenities including a rooftop pool and gym and great views of Box Hill and the city from the 14th floor and the huge windows. Yihang was a great host always helpful and responsive and even left us coffee, tea and milk. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s apartment, good location and our communication was seamless. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the living and master room, it truly made our mornings.

I am a returning guest of Faye’s and with good reason! I always know that I will feel welcome and that any questions I have are responded to very promptly. This apartment has a wonderful top floor balcony where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot, and there’s a great new couch! Secure underground parking use an added bonus. I always enjoy walking around the neighborhood and the convenience of the local shops and restaurants. This is my quiet oasis and I look forward to my next visit. 😊

Eric's place is a great location that is close to the river pathway, trams to the city and grocery shopping. It is clean with good security. Eric was very helpful with checking in. The unit had everything I wanted for an extended stay.

Marc & MJ really welcomed us. Their apartment was in an excellent location for us and was spotless. They were always responsive to messages and check in/out was seamless. I’d thoroughly recommend if visiting Melbourne!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The unit offered everything we could ask for, great location for us and very spacious. The instructions to get in were really helpful. It was great having secure parking. Yes the trams are noisy but nothing that ear plugs can’t fix if your a light sleeper. Highly recommend staying here.

convenient place to stay, walkable distance to tram stop and shopping mall. Cozy house and quiet neighborhood. One constructive comment for improvement would be to change the bed linen. Saw small spots of 'blood?' or dirt. Maybe can change new linen or deep clean the mattress and linen to remove the hard to remove stain. other that that, recommended place to stay when you're in Richmond.

The apartment was immaculate and spotlessly clean when I arrived, the comms from Mark, my host were great. The location was perfect and only a couple of minutes walk from Auburn train station which took me to the centre of Melbourne in about 20 minutes . I will definitely book with Mark again on my next visit to Melbourne.

Julie has been very thoughtful, she’s made it feel like home with everything that one needs. She’s been very responsive and helpful throughout. Great stay and highly recommended!
