Caitlin’s home is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! The pictures are very accurate but it’s way prettier in person. A must see! The area is so peaceful and the locals are very friendly. Just overall one of the best places we have ever stayed. We will 100% stay again. ❤️

The host’s driving directions were perfect. Check-in was easy. The house was great, especially the game room and hot tub. Full kitchen for cooking with plenty of cooking and eating ware. Great hosts and quick responses. They even left the kids some hidden Easter eggs to celebrate the holiday. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

Probably the best experience with an airbnb I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our bigger group. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and so was the kitchen and living room. I would be happy if it was my house! Would love to come back!! Took a drive to rock island and hiked to some waterfalls which was a great addition to the already perfect weekend.

If you are looking for beautiful views in a peaceful area, this cabin is your spot! We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this house to everyone. We felt very much at home as it had everything we needed during our stay. The swim spa was an added bonus but the hot tub was our favorite overlooking the lake. Jessica was a responsive and wonderful host! Can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer so we can float in the lake.

There are so many things to say about our week at Jordan and Jenn’s! - clean - perfect location (we hike MANY miles within an hr of the cottage. Also many waterfalls) - awesome hosts who answered all of our questions and when we had an AC issue they got someone out there asap to fix it - SO many thoughtfully stocked items. From toys for the kids to kitchen items. Plenty of linens and towels. - hot tub was amazing - view was absolutely spectacular - we had 2 big families stay with plenty of space A perfect place to unwind after a long day. We had such an awesome week and made so many great memories. We are so happy they shared their special place with us and we felt completely at home. We felt totally safe in the quiet area with views all over the place. I can confidently say it was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Such a cute house - had everything in it that you would need for an enjoyable stay. Backyard was so cute and was great to sit and watch the birds, eat breakfast. Darcy was a great host and came right over when we needed something. She gave great recommendations for food and an amazing kayak trip to Burgess Falls.

We loved staying with Evolve. The house was comfortable with remote fans, extra blankets, and complimentary coffee. It was a central location to all our activities and my daughter loved watching the butterflies out front on the butterfly bushes. The host was quick to respond and the house was stocked with enough supplies for the length of our stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation!

This house was amazing! Felt right at home. We were traveling for work and the crew, and I were very confrontable. Location is amazing everything was close and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was just outside of downtown Sparta but close enough to run to town for coffee and pizza. It is the perfect location to explore all the surrounding waterfalls and parks and provided a comfortable serene environment to rest up after a long day of adventures. The porch and view were delightful. My morning coffee tasted even better watching the river flow quietly by. We loved our time there and will definitely stay again!

Brian is very responsive. The cabin is beautiful and the views and scenery were spectacular. The house was very clean and comfortable. We hosted a songwriters retreat and everyone had great things to say! If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet place to stay..this place is for you! It’s an hour from broadway, 15min from town where all of the malls and shops are, but also far enough away from traffic and neighbors! I recommend this place to everyone!

We came to TN for a little vacation. We did not intend to stay long. Once we got to this location, we fell in love and within a week we were planning on moving here! Brian and Susan are some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! The house was only just a fraction of everything that was amazing! Invite your friends…family and you won’t be disappointed!! The location sits on a 25ft waterfall just a 10min hike through the woods and creek behind the house. It’s secluded and has a watering hole to swim in! It’s very nice private and the scenery is beautiful. It’s a 15min drive to Walmart, Publix and a shopping mall. Just an hour drive from broadway and minimal traffic. You won’t regret it!!

We have stayed here 2 years in a row to be convenient to our annual event! Nice, clean and great location!

Perfect place to stay. Very spacious, lots of hot water, plenty of amenities such as plates, bowls, utensils. The fire pit and patio are fantastic. The neighbors dogs didn’t bark or annoy at all. It’s the best place we have found to stay in Sparta. We will be returning soon
