We enjoyed our family trip to Helen GA. The location was convenient for us to walk all over town, even with elementary aged kids in tow. They also enjoyed splashing around in the river behind the property and at the playground just next door. The property itself met our needs, with space for everyone. We did note that the downstairs bunk bed was very tight, to the point where my 9yo felt too cramped on the lower bunk and chose to sleep on the floor. There are also some areas for improvement, like the back sliding door is very difficult to lock, the pocket door to the bunk room gets stuck in the open position, and the glass shower door seems unbalanced so it opens itself. Those were not dealbreakers for us, but would be nice to improve.

This is a great condo at the perfect location. One in our group has issues walking long distances but the location of this condo allowed him to walk every where the group walked. We enjoy sitting on the deck and relaxing. This best part is how courteous and attentive John is to every communication. We have stayed here a few times and plan to stay again. Thanks John for being a great host!

Cyle’s condo was just as described : neat, tidy, updated, well lit, plenty of accessories and they left us a “ welcome” gift with some snacks and drinks .. a kind and thoughtful gift.. We would highly recommend their place with its soft yet comfortable bedding, very good and well maintained a/c/ heating unit.

Happy on the river 2 master suites

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.

Stacy was proactive and gave very clear instructions how to get inside. My GPS got confused on the location so it took a few extra minutes to find. The area is so pretty and peaceful! Lots to do in the town, it reminded us of Gatlinburg. The beds are so comfy! Plenty of space for two adults and two kids to sleep comfortably. If you plan to use the trundle bed, bring an extra pillow or two for yourself. Pirate golf down the street was a hit with our kids!! Would love to come back during the summer to go river tubing!

We absolutely loved our time in Helen and the lodging was no exception. The place was very clean and was only a minute or so from most of the things we did downtown. It was nice that the neighborhood was gated and made us feel at ease. Would recommend for sure!

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Helen. I really liked the seasonal fireplace and how clean and cozy the condo was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect condo for a couple or a small family! The location was wonderful as many places were in walking distance - including downtown Helen. The condo itself was in immaculate condition- very clean and organized. Loved the starter packs for the kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy to park. The porch area was a nice feature to just sit at and relax. The nearby Dollar General (unlike many I’ve shopped at) was rather large, clean and organized. Blue Ridge wasn’t far so we drove there and ridge the train which was awesome! I highly recommend this condo!

Charming Downtown Helen Getaway

This was a wonderful place to stay in adorable Helen. It was a very clean and comfortable place with lovely touches. We loved the grill and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. It was just a few steps to downtown. Betty’s grocery is delightful and everyone was so friendly in town. We spent a day hiking in Unicoi and Ana Ruby Falls is beautiful. We also went to Tallulah Gorge Park and that was great. I would highly recommend staying in Helen and staying at Leonard’s!

We enjoyed our stay just a quick drive from Main Street in Helen. The accommodations were roomy, and we felt safe in the area. The beds were comfortable. The bones of the place are older, but we didn't run into any issues. For our group of three who planned on eating out, the tight kitchen was fine. For larger groups, consider bringing plastic eating utensils and disposable plates and gloves and kitchen amenities were sparse. There is a Dollar General nearby. Overall we felt that this place was a great value and a great location to do all that we wanted to do in nearby Helen and surrounding national parks. We would stay here again.

Alpine Village Condo D - Walkable Downtown

Beautiful place, everyone was so happy when they walked in. Everything you would need in a home was there, you could buy groceries and use the whole kitchen. Beds are a little on the stiff side. You can walk to downtown but it’s a little on the far side. If you like night life there’s a couple great spots near by. Hosts were easy to get ahold of and very responsive. They do hold their no cancellation policy, so if there’s an emergency please be aware they are hard set on no cancelling. If you wanted to relax inside, it was a very nice cozy space for multiple people in the living room. I also enjoyed the fireplace, as it was very cold outside.

2 master suites ! Easy walk to town River Access

Sherry’s place in Helen was ideal. The view of the river, the ease to access, all what we were hoping for. Comfortable throughout, nice bedding, plenty of towels, and very quiet. Kitchen was well appointed and the refrigerator was, well, next level! The one thing that I will note is, for older folks like myself, a youngish 70, it might be a little longer walk into town then you might want. Doable, but longer than one might think. Overall, an awesome place!!

This will have been the third time we’ve stayed here and it honestly felt like home away from home! It had everything we needed if we wanted to cook, it’s close to all our favorite spots, and a beautiful location! We always look for this place if we’re planning to visit Helen!

Loved our stay in Helen. Tammy was so very helpful and friendly when we called to clarify parking instructions. We received great communication from her before, during, and after our stay. Would definitely use this rental company again! The condo was very nice and comfortable. Very walkable to all the great restaurants (definitely try Campfire and Bodensee) and shops. Truly magical with all the Christmas decorations!

Our stay was so great last year, we came back again! We had an amazing stay for Oktoberfest. The cabin is very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay a perfect one. We love the location, and it is so convenient to everything in Helen. We look forward to booking again to celebrate with you next year!

Very nice spot. Clean and comfy. If you are sensitive to noise, you will be able to hear neighbors staying in other units (bring a box fan). However we didnt have an issue, and no one was excessively loud. The bed is firm, but not unbearable. If you require soft i'd reccomend bringing something soft to lay on, if you love firm beds, its the perfect firmness. We had no issue walking to town from the unit. If you are able bodied, you dont have to drive if you dont want to. That was great to not have to pay/find parking. Overall we would stay again :).

This place was great and very easy to get too. The owners were very responsive and made getting in easy. We loved the fireplace and having the door open listening to the river. I would definitely stay again. I did forget to empty the dishwasher so I forgot my flamingo wine glasses but that is okay. I would definitely recommend.

The stay was pleasant! Was worry at first that we wouldn’t be able to have a late checkout but Leonard, was super friendly & helpful. We were able to get the exact schedule we needed. The place was gorgeous, & super comfortable. My partner & i even mentioned wanting a home like this one. It’s a decor that catches your eye. Definitely staying again!

Perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. Had a little issue with hot water the first night, but made a plan to spread out shower time between all and we no longer had the issue. In walking distance to the town!

Cute 2 bedroom 3 full bath with pull out couch, every room including living area has balcony access. Right in the middle of Helen you can walk to anything! Big daddy’s restaurant near by was great as well!

Such a great stay here for our little family! The condo was even nicer than the pictures - and just steps away from the river and playground. 10 minute walk to the main area of town, but there were fun things that were just 1-3 minute walk away. Can’t wait to come back!
