Loved the dining area spent most of our time in their eating and playing games with our family and drinking in moderation. Bedrooms were excellent and plenty of bathroom and shower for the family. Area was excellent and everything close by such as supermarket pubs and beach. Train station as went to Scarborough. Overall would stay at these facilities again.

We absolutley adored staying in Charlie's place for the week. We've been to many air bnb's but this was our favourite! Excellent location, so clean and honestly felt like a home from home for me, my husband and our 2 year old. Gorgeous outside decking area and easy walk into Pickering with easy parking just around the corner. We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks ❤️

Diane’s caravan was beautiful and clean. The bedding smelt lovely and we noticed this as soon as walked in to the bedrooms. We had everything we needed for our stay. The caravan is only 20 minutes from the beach which we did a couple of times. We highly recommend and will hopefully return again. Thank you again for a relaxing break.

Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.

Great few days in this lovely little cottage . Within walking distance of our favourite restaurant (a bit in the dear side but great food ) we walked to the beach around a mile or so from the cottage. John was always quick to respond to any messages via air B&B and also let us know we could get in a little earlier than originally stated. Slight down side can be a little noisy from the road through the village but to be expected due to its position. It didn’t really give us any issues. Full of modern appliances and a modern kitchen. We will definitely be back.

Beach Approach House is one of the nicest airbnbs I have ever stayed in! Beautifully clean, equipped to a very high standard, with quality bedding and towels, and so many touches that made it really special. The outside space is amazing, and the house is in a perfect location for beach and cliff walks. Kerry was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended and we would love to return to Filey and Beach Approach House.

This is a great house to stay for a get away to York. Just a 15 min walk away from the city walls. The city itself is beautiful and there is so much to see and we really enjoyed being to use the walls as a way in and out the city! The house has everything you need and is super comfy.

We had a comfortable and cozy break at Charlotte's Cottage. The grounds were the beautiful and perfect for our dog!

First time booking through airb&b, lovely house very clean and welcoming. Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. Host was very informative with all the details needed to make it all stress-free , Would highly reccomend booking cottage. Thank you joanne for a lovely stay.

Thanks so much - my parents really enjoyed the cottage - we were staying on a different cottage on The Bay and booked them this one. They said it was their favourite one so far (I think their 3rd visit to The Bay now). Loved the beach walks and a joy to be in Filey again.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation but in the middle of what is in effect a large housing development and quite a walk down to the beach. Quality of food at local pub was poor, but provided you are willing to go off in the car there are lots of interesting places and great beaches nearby.

I was working away in North Yorkshire and normally stay in Scarborough, however came across this place and it was a bargain. It was perfect for what I needed, I was looking forward to using the extra facilities, however due to work commitments I didn't end up having the time. Hope next time I'm up this way if the place is available I will. I've already recommended the place to friends, family and work colleagues that might be staying up this way. The one and only thing that has no reflection on Andrea, is that I stayed in the off season so a lot of places were closed locally so if anyone happens to be doing the same, just be aware of that. Google told me that the takeaways (Slim Chickens etc) were open when they were and I spent a while trapped driving around until I found a security guard on the Haven site, but again that's no reflection on the accommodation or Andrea. I hope any future visitors have the same experience or better as it was a lovely little bargain spot.

It was a lovely stay. Beautiful site with a lovely long walk to the beach. I booked this place because it is right near Bempton cliff, which is absolutely stunning! The holiday home was clean, cosy and a good size. The only downside we experienced was the on site pub, where the food wasn't great. but over all I Highly recommend staying here.

Irenes place is great plenty of outside space for summer months and because of its position very private and tucked away! Love the little snug for reading😀

This is Not Here is a gorgeous house, the space is a lovely size and the decor is beautiful. Simon and Lynne made us very welcome and are very attentive and couldnt help anymore, id recommend to anyone and will definitely be looking at booking again. We had been to celebrate a joined birthday and even had a birthday card each from the host that was a lovely touch. Thankyou so much. Simon and Lynne.

We've just returned from a short stay at my happy hounds. Our glamping pod Hugo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless considering these are dog friendly. The welcome pack was also a nice touch with all quality items. We have 2 dogs one that is very nervous, he settled in well as it was peaceful and private and having ample space for them to run and play at the pod and the secure dog fields, these are a great facility for anyone traveling with a dog. It's only a short drive to find local amenities and finding my happy hounds was easy with Google maps being accurate. The communication from Harry was excellent with plenty of information and help if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have already started talking of booking again for the future. We had a great time in Lora's cottage. It's large for 4 and it's even nicer than the photos make out! Shower was excellent and the kitchen well equipped. TV had the apps to sign into our own Netflix as well. Location was great for Whitby, walks on the moors, and Robin Hoods Bay. A great AirBnB!

We loved our stay at Bramble Cottage and will definitely return. Comfy beds and seating and clean modern kitchen. It was really cosy in the evenings with the wood burner. It was such a relief to have a properly secure garden for the dogs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. Belinda’s chalet is spotlessly clean, with lovely attention to detail in terms of decor/accessories. It is also in an excellent location, close to the seafront and just a few minutes walk along the prom into Bridlington. A cosy base for our mini break I can thoroughly recommend it!

Had a fantastic stay, Nick is a fantastic host and the pod was amazing. They are located in a stunning setting, will definitely be back for another visit. Many thanks Dannielle
