Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. You will also have access to the detached garage to safely store your gear out of the elements.

The old gold mine by South Fork, It was the shop that was up there. It was taken down and we reassembled the metal part and built this.

Situated just along HWY 160 this centrally located A- Frame studio cabin is ideal for anglers, skiers, and alpine enthusiasts looking for easy access to all the Southern San Juans have to offer. Wolf Creek Ski area is 17 miles away and the South Fork of the Rio Grande runs just across the highway. Memory foam king mattress, sauna, organic robes, stocked kitchenette, induction stove, chemex pour over, Roku TV, firepit, A/C, heat and boot warmers.

Headwater Hideout

Beautiful working ranch in south central Colorado with gorgeous mountain and ranch views. This is an old farmhouse that has been renovated several times over the years so there are some quirks. The middle bedroom has no access to a bathroom unless they are walking through one of the other bedrooms. You can choose the wood burning fireplace or furnace to heat your space. Excellent fiber optic WiFi.
