Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! The carriage house is in a beautiful neighborhood. It was quiet at night and was easily accessible to downtown Providence. The home was very clean. We appreciated the large bedrooms, upgraded fixtures, and comfortable beds. The living room was good for our family of 4. The kitchen has all the basics. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating.

We had an incredible stay at Shea’s place! I was able to host my entire family comfortably with four beautiful bedrooms—each with a queen bed—which made it perfect for everyone to have their own space. What really blew us away, though, were all the thoughtful extras Shea provided. From filtered water, coffee, and Vitamin C packets to Band-Aids, extra toothbrushes, a flat iron, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a sweet welcome card, and even extra keys—every detail was covered. It honestly felt above and beyond. Shea’s communication was just as exceptional—quick, kind, and helpful every step of the way. She made everything smooth from booking through checkout, and we really appreciated her attentiveness. The location was also ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just steps from the Red Line subway for super easy access into Boston. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our trip. Highly recommend!

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

Great place to stay in a super convenient location for driving places. There was event a snowstorm during our stay and the hosts made sure to have the walkway and driveway clear for us to get in and out with ease!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

Needed a good home base while in town for the marathon. Easy to use the bus to connect to the redline and get everywhere I had to go! Balcony was beautiful and neighborhood felt quiet and safe!

The historic brown stone was very nice, immaculate and spacious. There is a parking spot close to entrance. There is a modern bathroom on same floor as bedroom. The bedroom is on one floor and spacious kitchen on upper floor. With the t directly behind the building you can hear the train except for a brief period of time in the middle of the night. Despite the noise we would stay here again. A lovely place .

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.

What a find! I came to Kristen's because some plans fell through last minute. Having never heard of Marblehead but keen to visit somewhere by the sea and easily accessible from Boston, wow did I get a pleasant surprise. It is absolutely beautiful there, I had to pinch myself - it was like living in a film! The apartment was absolutely perfect. I'd been staying somewhere a bit grubby and disorganised beforehand and Kristen's place was absolutely sparkling clean, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for right away. Furthermore, checking in early with my monstrous suitcase was no problem at all and the apartment is generously stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, a bottle of wine, cold drinks, a folder of local recommendations, comfortable, quality furnishings and linens, great lighting and more. This is what true hosting is all about if you ask me - making your guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible and Kristen most certainly does this in spades.

We had a wonderful stay with our two small dogs. The home was small but perfect for us to attend a family baby shower. The neighborhood is a great place to walk the dogs without a lot of traffic. The owners were responsive to questions and suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for us. Our pup is reactive with other dogs. Although she knew there was a dog next door, the fence is solid and she couldn’t see. Absolutely wonderful stay and we rebooked before we had even left!
