It was a great stay, the house is close to the lake, couple of minutes walking, nice and peaceful surroundings. Clean and comfortable.

Close to Crystal, and exactly as advertised. A perfect place for a couple families that want to ski or golf.

Becky was a wonderful host and her house was just perfect! We came for a friends ski trip with kids and Becky was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The location was wonderful - super close to crystal ski resort with a peaceful view of the golf course and quiet street. We all want to come back to stay again next year.

Great location! Crystal Mountain was an easy walk from the home.

We have stayed at many rentals and this was by far one of the better ones. Friendly and responsive host, very clean, well equipped kitchen. This was a family ski weekend rental and it held all 10 of us perfectly. Was easy walk back and forth from skiing. Cozy fireplace. Would definitely rent again. It is a true gem!

Great place. 12 of us were able to spread out. Easy walk to the village but we loved the fire pit in the backyard. Thanks for the great memories.

FANTASTIC FIND!! Such a perfect place for a large group. Hosts have a done a great job of making a previous commercial property feel like a home. Truly an awesome find! The pool is an amazing amenity - remarkably huge, wonderfully heated and so much fun! Hours and hours of fun. Truly unique. So many in house activities available - pool table, b-ball toss, putting game, shuffleboard and tons of games. Was perfect for our group of teens. Six shower rooms with sinks/toilets and two more bathrooms made it easy to get the crew out quickly. :) The lockers were wonderful to keep necessities near the shower rooms - surprisingly helpful. Seemingly endless towels were greatly appreciated. Easy to Cadillac / Lake City restaurants and shopping. Convenient to day trip to slopes and summer fun, too. Compact kitchen had everything we needed and two other full size fridges allowed for more than enough space for our big group. Totally worth it; the hosts have made a great place!!

Loved our stay at John’s place! Very clean, felt homey, comfortable! John was great at being communicative with us the whole trip. I have back pain and the bed was perfect, for the first time in months I woke up without any pain! I would highly recommend John and this location to anyone!

Great place for winter get away very close to snowmobile trails and short drive to skiing

This was the kind of place I was looking for. Comfortable and beautiful massive interior. John was very helpful and attentive! I am looking forward to staying there again in the near future. Thank you so much we had a very quiet and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic time at Ryan's place. Six fathers and their sons were present. The space was large enough to accommodate 12 people, and we enjoyed the setup. in the garage.

Really wonderful house, perfect space for our kids to stay on the lower floor, they enjoyed many of the books and puzzles. Everything was very comfortable, easy and friendly communication. 8 minute easy drive to Caberfae.

The home was amazing for us and the dogs. The addition of the boat dock out the back yard was very helpful since we didn’t need to launch our boat each day. The firepit and complimentary fire wood was a great additional touch. Would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was conveniently close to Caberfae (we took the 2 minute drive each day but you could have walked it (maybe 1/2 mile or so walking) and had plenty of space to fit our group of 6. Also had a convenient entryway area for storing our ski gear.

Our stay at this cabin was phenomenal! With its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it perfectly accommodated our group's multiple families across various age groups. Not only was it a tremendous value, but its proximity to Traverse City made it an ideal choice for us. We were delighted by the cabin's cleanliness and the spacious, open layout. The endless supply of firewood was a blessing, especially during the unexpectedly chilly nights. Ryan was outstanding—responsive and helpful, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. This was our first visit to this area, and it surpassed our expectations. Although we typically kayak on the Oscoda River, we ventured to the Manistee River (just south of dam) this time and found it to be a much nicer trip. It’s safe to say that we’ve found our new summer kayaking destination. Overall amazing stay, would recommend!

The Farmhouse was welcoming and cozy for my friends and me. We enjoyed the beautiful property and backyard. Cadillac was close by for our activities and grocery needs. David and Becky were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Pat and Paul were great hosts for our snowmobile trip to the area. We we were able to ride back roads for a few miles to the trailhead in Mesick. It's a bit of a challenge to park trailers at the property, but we made it work. They even had muffins ready for us when we arrived.
