We stayed at Deborah's caravan for 4 nights at a very reasonable price. The caravan was homely, luxe, spacious, and had everything we could need, the sauvignon bottle umbrella came in handy for a day or two! The host left a bag of mini eggs for my girls which they really appreciated - a nice touch. This holiday site was perfectly placed providing entertainment, food and drink, but also to explore Devon and Cornwall with many lovely places nearby. The caravan is easy to find with the host's clear directions and so close to all the amenities. Having said this, it also felt so private being elevated above the walk path with gorgeous sea view. With regard to Park Dean resort itself, the staff were so friendly, entertaining, helpful and the quality of food was also very good. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable apartment. The bed is one of the best we've slept in. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very close to beautiful walks and amenities. Only slight negative was the noise early in the morning when staff are preparing breakfast for the BandB guests in the main residence but we were not put off by this. We will definitely be returning.

We arrived at a lovely apartment which was well maintained and comfortable and catered to all our needs. It was easily accessible as well as a nearby parking space available. A lovely touch having a Christmas tree and a few Christmas decorations to make us feel welcome. Fiona is an excellent host and informative and very helpful. We would most certainly recommend this property for anyone looking for a seaside vacation and also the Thatched Inn nearby for a welcoming pint and a lovely meal.

This was our third stay at Wave Cott, and each time has been perfect. We love Croyde, and Cat's place is a big part of that for us. Peaceful, private, clean and we always feel at home. The apartment is lovely, and the location is great. We'll be back again for sure!

We had a lovely few days at Oseas and the flat was very well turned out and just what we needed for the 4 of us. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and all the shops/restaurants within a few minutes.

Kim’s flat is exactly as pictured, me and my partner had such a wonderful stay, we felt right at home immediately and felt so lucky to be staying in such a lovely spot! I would recommend this stay to everyone, thank you so much!

Would highly recommend this place - had a great outdoor space with lots of well maintained outdoor furniture Lots of coffee and tea, along with dishwasher and laundry detergent which really helped us out

Stephen’s place is a self contained studio, consisting of a double bedroom with a large tv, bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all amenities and another tv. There is a small seating area outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. There are two electric heaters, keeping the place warm. Stephen left for us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in a fridge. For breakfast we had a selection of four small boxes of cereals and a bottle of milk.

Really cute and snug accommodation. Very cosy. Comfortable. Everything was modern and clean cut. 30 minute walk to the harbour. Ilfracombe quiet at the moment but things to do. Would recommend Robert's snug any time.

A great stay at Chestnut Cabin, Braunton. A great location for plenty of reminscing in the local area, having lived locally around 30yrs ago. Easy to find, great comms from Greg before the stay, and ideally located for all parts of North Devon, West Somerset, and North Cornwall.

Our intention was to spend a memorable family holiday together and Catherine’s place helped us to achieve that. The flat is spacious for 6 and as it is open plan, was perfect for our 1 yr old grandson to navigate safely. We had everything we needed and enjoyed lots of great meals together around the lovely dining table. The weather was variable, but it didn’t stop us having a fantastic time visiting different places in the area. Catherine is a super host and Mortehoe a beautiful Devonshire village.

Lovely location and a great launching point to visit other places. Fantastic surroundings. Dog friendly and fenced in all round. Was brilliant to hear the wolves at night fall near by.

We absolutely loved this place. It is a beautifully appointed conversion of a basement space in an elegant house. The finish is exceptional, with soft fluffy towels and luxury bedlinen. The kitchen has everything you can need and we were treated to some scones with jam and clotted cream on arrival. The location is quiet with an easy walk to a country pub nearby. We will definitely aim to stay here again on our next visit

We had an amazing time, the place was exactly as seen in the photos and Katherine was a great host! The house was fully equiped with lots of space and all the facilities were excellent! Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well every night with the sound of the sea and waves softly lulling us. It was a great mini-break, the house has a large dining area and the kitchen was fully equiped for us to prepare food and cook. The gin and martini glasses were a nice surprise! The Wi-Fi enabled TV was also a big plus. We would 100% stay again! Thank you so much!

Rachel's place is a fabulous place to stay and Rachel is a great host. The property is always clean and tidy , uncluttered with high quality, stylish but comfortable decor and furnishings. Lounge/kitchen/diner area feels light and airy with plenty of space. The property is well equipped for catering, games, huge TV, good wifi, fabulous shower room. Big comfortable bed, bath robes. Feels so luxurious! Location is wonderful. Feels away from it all, peaceful with lovely views but is very close to amazing places to visit, beaches, Barnstaple, lots of good restaurants. Rachel is friendly, welcoming and very informative and efficient in all communications and approachable when we wanted help or information. She was very flexible about our changing arrival plans. Her Alpacas are a delight to watch and treats are supplied for feeding them to make friends! Parking space is right next to the steps up to the apartment. We love the area and Rachel's place is perfect to relax in and explore

We had one night stay at this place. It's a very beautiful location with a very kind and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The host was very responsive and took care of our requests. Thank you for the hot tub, it was so relaxing after the very long drive.

We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

We had a fantastic time. The accommodation was clean and tidy, the views were delightful. the children enjoyed playing in the games room, meeting the animals and relaxing in the hot tub. The hosts were kind, friendly and engaging and made our stay a delight.

The property is lovely and just as listed. Very clean and comfortable, everything you need for a relaxing stay. Jo is a great host who checked in to make sure everything was okay during our stay.

Sharon’s place is clean, spacious and has everything you need! The hot tub was fabulous with a view of the sea and then the stars at night. The en suites for each room are a huge bonus too. Sharon is a really friendly and responsive host, we would definitely recommend a stay here.
