This spot worked out great for my family's needs. Great space and the beds were comfy. Great proximity to town and the places I was visiting.

We had such a nice stay at Brian’s! The place was very large and comfortable. Brian was very responsive and helpful multiple times. The area was nice and we always felt safe. I would definitely recommend Brian and this location!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

Hastings is a sweet little town and the apartment is conveniently located near station and shops. It was good value for two bedrooms in the New York area. Place was clean with good light and character. I enjoyed climbing the hills and there were some steps to negotiate. There was some noise but nothing more than you would expect from a family living above.

I loved my stay here with my boyfriend. It’s a wonderful place for two people and potentially a small family. It’s a quiet community and it’s a walkable neighborhood. The apartment was clean and as pictured. You will stay right in front a police station so safety isn’t as much of a concern here. I would recommend renting this Airbnb and I plan on using it in the future.

Kettly and Peter's place is clean, peaceful, and private -- the suite has a separate outer staircase and entrance. We enjoyed being able to come and go without disrupting the owners. Kettly and Peter were gracious to receive our two Amazon packages during our stay. We highly recommend their place for its location. It was close to the village of Wading River, the local beach, and several historical sites. Several wonderful restaurant options were a short drive away. Wildwood State Park is within 15 minutes by car and well worth a visit; likewise for the North Fork communities located farther East on the Island. BTW, the Fall scenery and local wildlife (i.e., wild turkey, white-tail deer, and pheasant) were abundant and delightfully unexpected. We highly recommend Kettly and Peter's place as a comfortable base -- Thanks, Kettly and Peter! We'll book again on our next trip to LI!

I chose Marlene’s lovely spot primarily because it was in a location convenient for short trips to visit family and friends in Wallingford, Middlebury and Middletown while on my way south from New Hampshire. The peaceful, quiet surroundings along with a spotless, well-appointed accommodation made it very appealing: highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of staying at Rosaria’s apartment for two months, and it was an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

I love staying here and trying to stay here. Every chance I get. Donna is truly a great person and I enjoy my stay every time. She truly makes me feel like Family and makes me feel like there’s a home away from home. I can’t wait till my next stay.

A perfect place for our family trip. Nestled in a peaceful beautiful area, close to the pond/lake. The home was so cozy and Monika was so responsive to our messages. Definitely would stay there again

The amenities were as described & it had enough space for everyone . I went with 5 other of my friends & there was enough sleeping space. The neighborhood itself is safe & we had no safety concerns. We had a wonderful stay & a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again if ever we are back in Connecticut!

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

Camila was a great host, very responsive and always helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy and cosy and made us feel at home very quickly. Location was good, walkable distance to New Haven Green and its surroundings. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend Camila’s place to anyone planing to spend some time in New Haven.

We had a really nice time at Elizabeth home. The place was immaculate, and had all the comforts of home. I was having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, messaged Elizabeth, She got back to me within five minutes, and the issue was resolved. It was simply a reset on the router. I will certainly stay here again if I am back in the area.

Our stay was flawless and pleasurable. The rooms were sleek, spotless and very quiet. All had independent temp controls and TV. The kitchen was airy and modern with stainless Viking appliances. All consumables, like coffee filters, were in ample supply. Beds were soft but supportive, with comfortable pillows sheets and quilts. On top of that, the location in the center of Greenwich at the heart of Greenwich Ave. was marvelous. Every evening we could wander down and explore the upscale shopping opportunities, then pick from dozens of excellent, interesting restaurants. Overall an excellent experience and highly worth it.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.

Would definitely stay again! The home itself has everything you can think of, a soundbar, 2 TVs, kitchen supplies etc. Very peaceful neighborhood with many restaurants around. I had a great stay!

We came to Elio’s place as a party of 6 to celebrate a bachelorette trip. It was the perfect location to have an aesthetic slumber party vibe and still have lots to do in terms of going out in Jersey city or NYC. I felt that the place was incredible on its own and it being affordable was the cherry on top. We had a lovely time celebrating the bachelorette and I would recommend anyone to stay here. Checking in and out was very easy and stress free. Parking was also not a problem.
