Lovely flat, clean, modern and tidy in a great location just outside Aberdeen. Sea view included. Jonathan was very attentive in getting back to my messages and we would love to stay here again when we are visiting Cove.

Vielen Dank an Brenda für die schöne Zeit in der tollen Wohnung. Sehr liebevoller Empfang mit Shortbread, Kaffee und Milch, da hat sich die weite Anreise gelohnt. Die Wohnung ist total gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich in Schottland willkommen. großzügige Zimmer, zwei Bäder und alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a lovely, peaceful stay in Charlotte's property. PERFECT for 2 people. We received clear instructions re how to get there, with excellent follow-up contact information from Charlotte in case we had any problems or queries - something we didn't need to do, but really appreciated Charlotte's concern. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The quality of the furnishings was 1st-class. The welcome pack of 'goodies' was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The Angus area is one of Scotland's best-kept secrets and Charlotte's house is definitely one of the 'accommodation jewels' in Montrose's crown. Angus has it all - beaches, glens, historic sites and 1st-class local produce. What's not to like? A return visit is certainly on the cards.

My husband, daughter and I had a great stay at Kim’s place. Free parking right outside, very tidy and lovely decor. The flat was warm, it was very quiet - didn’t hear any noise from other flats/people - and the shower was fabulous! The mattress was also wonderful, super comfortable. Close to the beach, Science Centre, Codona’s, etc, which is great for families. Kim was a lovely host and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Our second time here and another great stay. The place is spacious and well-equipped and easily walkable to local shops, restaurants and pubs; Carron To Mumbai is a great restaurant and only a couple of minutes walk away.

The flat was fantastic. Very clean and smelled great. I loved the big comfy couch to chill out on at the end of the day. It was also stocked with breakfast and coffee on arrival which was fantastic. I had a rental car so it was nice that it had its own parking space. I'd definitely book here again.

We were looking for a three bedroom Place while working in the area We did not expect to get somewhere like this on our budget it is better than some hotels I have stayed in Every thing you need is in this apartment Two rooms en-suite and another er bathroom downstairs We were working late and Angela was kind enough to wait for us as it is a met and greet welcome I would definitely recommend here for anyone visiting the area Regards Kevin

Apartment was clean and modern, kitchen was very well laid out. Beds were comfy and rooms a good size. I was visiting family but the property was central and easily accessed

Friendly and helpful Host. Flat is clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped for self catering. Private car park. Great location for walking into Town and easy access to join main roads for seeing the area. Good value. We appreciated the breakfast items left for us.

Great wee apartment, loved our time there. Although you see in photos, it's located in avillage the road is still used so be careful coming out of entrance. The only other downside was the garden backed on to the coffee shops outdoor seating. We would definitely stay again and have told others of this amazing gem.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Kingseat was a delightful experience. The house was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Ample parking was available, which was a huge plus. The house comfortably accommodated our group of four, making it ideal for a small family or group of friends. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway in Kingseat.

We went to Inverurie for the birth of our first grandchild and found the apartment to be an ideal base. Nice sized two bedrooms and good sized bathrooms. Very peaceful yet close to Inverurie town centre Highly recommended Colin was always responsive to our queries and Karen his cleaner was first class - very warm and friendly

Great place to stay, really lovely host, great beds, bigger rooms than the pictures. Thank you for a great stay, very homely and so close to the beach and being in Stonehaven is such a lovely location as everything you need, is well within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed every second we spent at Scott’s place. I can’t say enough about how comfortable and well thought out everything is. The property had all the facilities you could possibly need and then some. Scott was very friendly and helpful and the welcome pack he left was a wonderful touch. The beauty and serenity of the region is unmatched. Can’t recommend Scott and his properties enough! Can’t wait to be back.
