We particularly enjoyed the sitting out on the deck soaking in the sunshine, and the outdoor shower was bliss. We appreciated your quick responses and helpful recommendations. The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

Had a great stay, clean, heaps of space, comfortable beds, great shower, nice outdoor setting. Accidentally left a necklace over the stay and Jessica was kind enough to courier it back also free of charge!

It was a good fit for our whole family, including our small dog. The location was a highlight, with the beach just a short walk away. The living area was cosy and worked really well for relaxing and watching movies on the rainy days.

Great location near the beach and family friendly house with a backyard full of toys. Also near great coffee/lunch spots. Comfortable beds and good curtains. Outside deck and the house overall could use an upgrade as its all outdated and worn thin.

Cheryl’s place was clean and tidy, good sized kitchen, beds were comfortable and fully fenced for our dog. Our family, baby & dog had a great stay in despite the bad weather during the long weekend. She was a great host, friendly and responsive. We highly recommend her as a host & their place to stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Rebecca has a beautiful place to host our group. We really enjoyed the pool, spa and the outdoor area for the kids. The house has lots of space to offer, it felt like home. We loved stay there, especially when the weather isn’t great, we still have plenty to do around the house. Thank you for hosting us.

Wonderful spot with an amazing view. Lots for the kids to do, Flint was a hit, as was the fire pit, pool, spa and creek. Checked our eel trap as we left and caught (and released) an eel, memorable end to a lovely family mini break. Thank you Yana.

We loved our time at Catherine's place. It was a lovely home, lots of books, beautiful surroundings inside and out. Lovely touches with biscuit and wine. Shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. Loads of towels for the pool and shower. Super luxurious and loved it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

Lovely stay, clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Our fur baby was also welcome which we appreciated a lot! You’re right near private access to the beautiful papamoa beach. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for having us :)

Danielle’s home was immaculate, peaceful and way bigger than the photos make the house look! There was plenty of space to lounge around and the swimming pool and well kept grounds were an added bonus.

Amazing place to stay. Super cosy, spotlessly clean, & super comfortable bed. Thanks for being pet friendly, we loved our weekend away with our 2 year of Labrador. 2 minute walk to beautiful beach for her to run & swim. This is such a gorgeous home right next to beautiful Papamoa beach. Lovely kitchen and open deck area with a pretty garden, and easy living. We had such a great time -walking and swimming at the beach, enjoying local cafes, and a short drive to excellent restaurants (great tips from Lisa too, thank you!). Looking forward to finding a way to return!

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot for our mini-moon! From the moment we arrived, we were in love—gorgeous flower gardens, dreamy hydrangeas, and the most charming vintage decor that was so our vibe. Every little detail was thoughtful and welcoming. Our small dog, Hazel, was just as happy as we were, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and exploring the garden. It felt like a cosy, romantic escape while still having all the comforts of home. We truly didn’t want to leave! Love, love, love—would stay again in a heartbeat! 💕✨🐾

Perfect little batch, very easy walk to the beach and a close bike ride or drive to shops, cafes, and handy to the Mount. We had everything we needed here and would stay again.

Our stay at Felicia’s was simply perfect! She took care of us from start to finish, always available and attentive. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more enjoyable. Tierre’s little place was the best location to explore the gems of the Mount. Tay street cafe super close for your morning coffee and food. An easy stroll into town via the beach or back streets to make the most of the awesome restaurants. Plenty of space for the two of us and our fur bud, great outdoor area! Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, exceeded expectations. Really nice, clean, and a great spot etc.

This was my third stay here. Absolutely love that I can bring my elderly poodle and she feels happy here too. The unit is very clean and tidy and the shower has great pressure !!Jacqui is a fabulous hostess, very helpful and friendly. A big bonus is the secure off road parking behind a large locked gate 🙂
