Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

We have just returned home from a week’s stay at Karen‘s house. It was a home from home with lots of space for our family of five and very clean. Karen was super helpful and responsive, she even went as far as leaving presents out for our children that they loved and food items for our stay. The house is centrally located for shopping, the seafront, park and many other local attractions. If you are thinking of staying here, we highly recommend and would book again. Thank you Karen!

This little place was cute and cosy, situated at the end of Christine’s garden. I chose this place as I was attending Southend dog training which took around half an hour to get to from where I was staying. It had everything I needed. The place was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was good. She had Sky Q set up so you could watch films and normal tv. This place was situated 5 minutes away from a marsh/field area where you could walk your dog which was handy. There was a premier shop which was just at the end of the road and there was a lovely breakfast place called Oliver’s which was 10 minutes away by car where you can sit outside with your dogs and £3 parking right outside. Christine’s place was very handy and she was a lovely host. I would highly recommend this place.

Love Old Leigh. Needed somewhere while visiting family locally and where better. Somehow managed to never see the tide in. Parking was good considering how busy the area is.

This was the first time my wife, I and our 3 dogs have used Airbnb. The cottage was fantastic and you could not get a better location for dog walking and great pub restaurant's. Our host was fantastic and very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate in returning. Dan & Trish

Barry was very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is clean and very local to Leysdown and sea front. Lots of little things to make the stay better, such as, a fan / firs, ample seating indoors and outdoors and cleaning materials if needed or wanted.

It’s a beautiful 4-bedroom house which sleeps 10. It has a very large airing dining room at the front and large, but cosy, panelled sitting room at the back with fully working hearth with logs provided. Large bathroom with walk-in shower and free standing bath. Just walk down the steps through the gardens opposite to catch the train to Southend. We had 3 cars and parked the 3rd free 30 seconds away. There’s a few little DIY jobs that need addressing but it does didn’t deter from our stay in this beautiful house.

Fiona was extremely helpful and her quirky home lived up to its billing. On a side note no drink glasses found on arrival so bought some and left there.

The host was wonderful and very helpful, always responsive and made my stay very easy. The property is clean and comfortable as described in the details. Will highly recommended due to the great service from the host.

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

From the very start, Angela was very communicative. She sent a list of restaurants, cafes, places to see, things to do, which was very helpful. The house was even better than we thought. Although the pictures look great, in person our expectations were exceeded. We travelled with 3 x under 5's and were chuffed at the fact that there were toys hidden in every nook and cranny. We even spent longer in the house than we thought we would because they were so well-entertained. There were little elements of detail too, with a fully equipped kitchen (particularly the fridge, pantry), some coins for the pinball and retro machines and a sign welcoming us. The location was phenomenal - literally a 3 min walk to the beach, and a 1-2min walk to the first coffee shops. Aldi was round the corner which was also super convenient. There was also on street parking, but when it was full, we parked in the pub next door. We have no complaints whatsoever and are already planning our return!

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The house is enormous yet homely, beautifully appointed and with the most breathtaking views. The pool and spa are an added bonus and the path down to the beach / estuary is gorgeous. All in all an absolutely fabulous place and we will be back. Thank you xxx

The communication from Lee-Ann from the minute it was booked till the day after we got back was exceptional, she was really friendly, provided lots of information too on the location and eateries..She was so considerate with her complimentary snacks that our coeliac daughter could also enjoy.. What a beautiful place for our family to stay for a short trip. Location was ideal, house, amenities were as described and better in person... Thank you for a great first AirBNB experience.. :)

Great location. Gorgeous home with everything you need. All bedrooms equally lovely & en-suite so ideal for our trip with a bunch of couples. 100% would recommend

I wouldn’t want to spoil the wow factor for anyone else so il do my best not to ramble on….. I personally love the East Kent Coastline and there’s so much to do and see in this particular area, as you are spoilt for choice with restaurants and plenty of activities. This Airbnb is conveniently placed right opposite Margate main sands beach, and right behind it you have Dreamland. The property is also not far from Margate old town where there are plenty more shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, and pubs to choose from. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was found clean, and Amy was a pleasant host from start to finish with excellent communication. Every detail about this property has been carefully thought out and you can see and feel that the minute you enter.
