Lovely stay at Martin and Carmen's flat! Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay with our dog. Comfortable, clean and a great location for buses into town or a lovely stroll into Headingley.

Had a lovely stay at Frank's apartment. I think it's even nicer than the photos! Felt really cosy, quiet, had everything I needed and was a real home from home. It was warm, comfy and really made my stay most enjoyable, especially when it snowed heavily. Was really handy to have the parking permit so I knew I could park my car. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. I didn't do much exploring as it was a work stay for a panto contract, but it looks like a great area for a hike and there are some nice restaurants around. Frank was very communicative when I contacted him and gave very clear and informative instructions and guidance on the area and the house. Would definitely book again if I ever come back!

Had a fantastic stay in Hebden. The property is so homely and feels like a really authentic experience. There are two main walks into town - a scenic waterside route along the canal and a fantastic one along the main road which takes you past a lot of local homes with displays in the window. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We both really enjoyed our four-night break. A good base for exploring the area. The apartment was very comfortable and Judith was the perfect host - very helpful and friendly.

Great little sport, close enough to really into town. They've fit a lot into the pace and it was a nice quiet road. 5 mins walk to the chippy, try the minted pea and potato fritters.

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

Place was more spacious than expected, with a great kitchen and very spacious living room. Overall very happy with the stay!

We had an amazing stay, Claire's had everything we could possibly need & more! Location was great, a 1 minute walk to the local pub which was really friendly & great for quiz night on a Wednesday! A 20 minute walk into Holmfirth for a choice of lovely coffee shops & places to eat! Plenty of walks & bike rides straight out of the house! Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The appartment is great, it has everything you need. It's nice and quiet and within a couple of minutes walking distance from the centre. I had a great time.

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. The Ticking Room proved to be an excellent choice for a few days of peace and quiet in an attractive Dales setting. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard. Warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything a visitor might need. The village of Cononley has a couple of nice pubs and a village stores. The trains into Skipton are frequent and there are plenty of attractive villages in the area. The Ticking Room proved an excellent base for a short break. Jayne is readily available, helpful and eager to ensure her guests are comfortable and well-informed on the local facilities.

John was so helpful our entire stay. Very friendly, happy to share some places to eat and walk. I am 7 months pregnant and asked of we could use their air con (even though it wasn't summer) and he promptly got it out and set up for us - made me so much more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
