Our ranch style home is decorated with farmhouse charm ,located on the edge of town. It is on Hwy 18, centrally located to several sites of interest in Fayette including Decorah, Luther College, Upper Iowa College, Clermont, Elgin. This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with two living rooms, full size kitchen and Dining room and a game room which includes pinball machine, ski ball, and a pac-man multi game machine. There is a $200 fee for any get-together. All parties must be pre approved.

The EJ House 4 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath

The EJ house was built in 1905 with the original woodwork, stain glass windows and front door. The house is a little over 1600 sqft of living space. The house has 4 bedrooms with three queen beds and one full size bed. Guests will find it to be surprisingly spacious and a comfortable place to work, play or relax. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house. The house has central air for those warm summer days or enjoy the large back deck. The woodwork is original to the house.
