This is a really great spot! Very spacious and clean, lovely decor. Everything was exactly as described and we had all we needed. We had two adults and two kids, and while It’s a bit small to fit two on the couch bed, even for two kids, but we had one comfortably on the couch. The hot tub is really nice and the queen bed is comfy. New construction with lots of natural light coming in the large windows and patio doors open to beautiful private yard. We had a couple of minor issues that Cheryl was very attentive and remedied right away. We didn’t hear any noise from upstairs and barely saw the sweet pups. Thank you for the great hospitality!

What a beautiful private little space. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I look forward to going back in the summer to use the pool as well!! Definitely a place I’ll recommend !!! Host was responsive and check in was easy and clear . Really well designed and peaceful space

My review is nothing but positive. We had a wonderfully good time and everyone, grandchildren too, loved the home. The neighborhood was beautiful! This was probably our last trip to Canada for the foreseeable future BUT if anyone I know or hear of is ever going to London, you I’ll definitely recommend your place.

Our little weekend camping trip at Susan and Heather's place was awesome! Located just off the road in a lovely small town. We didn't have a hard time locating it, and it's proximity to nearby beach towns is a plus! The tent was good, it didn't feel hot even during the sunny morning. A comfy mattress is provided but you have to bring your own beddings which was not a problem for me, it makes the bed more homey. They also offer activities like biking and kayaking, even some games. We stayed at Robin's nest for 2 nights and while we had quite a rainy first night, our 2nd night there was very cloudless and cool and wow did the sky show off! Don't forget to look up for all the stars! It was overall a great stay! 🩷

I won’t sugarcoat it, downtown. London is downtown London. But it was ideal for me as I wanted to be there. The guesthouse is hidden from the road, quiet and has all you need and more. I was happy and pleasantly surprised when I walked in. I also had an opportunity to meet the host who was attentive to my questions and clearly cares about his guests. The added bonus is their lovely dog! I’m definitely booking again and I highly recommend this place. I’m almost nervous to give it such a high review in case it books up! (It’s definitely a hidden gem).

Construction in the area made walking unenjoyable but a wonderfully responsive and helpful host made a huge difference. Had a great sleep and some amazing craft beers. Don’t plan to return to London but have no reservations telling you to make a reservation here!

A perfect place to recharge while displaced for renovations, Kyle’s house lace had everything we needed! So close to Springbank park, we enjoyed many walks there. Kyle was quick to respond and very helpful. Thanks for the great stay Kyle!

This place was perfect for our family gathering. there are three stairs to get to the front door, but once inside you can stay on one level, so if you're traveling with someone with accessibility considerations, this is a super option! The neighbourhood is fantastic - everything is nearby. We would definitely book here again!
