At our Lone Wolf Cabin you can also enjoy roasting marshmellows over the fire pit or a movie night in the loft. Our cabin provides more than just your average stay at a hotel. Wind down with a glass of wine next to the fire pit & enjoy the sunset over the lake. We can't wait to host you! Note: The house does NOT have direct lake access.

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Quiet and restful, our hide-away apartment is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a place to relax, unwind, and recharge! Nestled into six acres of private forested land, this apartment has everything you need for the perfect stay, including a deck overlooking the forest and property, a desk and work area, spacious living room, and queen-sized bedroom. Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine Trail, and quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive.

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Nestled next to hundreds of Blanc Du Bois grape vines in our working vineyard, you get to see grape growing front and center! Guests get to enjoy the large pavilion, longhorns & donkeys, 10 acres of open space and even a fishing pond. The tasting room is also on the property to be enjoyed during opening hours.
