What a lovely lil lodge! Perfect location, with a restaurant attached. The lodge was very modern and clean, and had everything we required. Kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts were great and answered any questions prior to our visit. Looking forward to returning soon.

Really enjoyed our stay, the views of the lake was peaceful and calming. Only advice I would say is make sure to bring bug spray as once it starts getting dark they’re out in force. But that’s not a complaint as we still loved our stay

Me & my partner stayed here for 2 nights in December for the new year. We had the most amazing stay, on arrival Sam showed us to our cabin and showed us how all of the amenities worked including the hot tub, smart TV. The area is beautiful - there is a lot of restaurants within the area that are accessible by car, it’s also around a 30 minute drive to Chester centre where we spent the day and loved it. The site is so peaceful and quiet and is a great place to go to relax. We absolutely loved our stay, we were sad to leave and already cannot wait to book our next stay! Was an amazing, much needed little getaway for me and my partner. From the moment we arrived the host was welcoming and helpful, any questions we had were answered promptly. The whole lodge was tidy, and beautiful. The hot tub was an amazing feature, used it more than once. Nice little touches included a little snack and cans of drink box, the little bottle of milk in the fridge, and the gowns and soft sandal shoes. Will definitely be returning at some point in the near future.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the lodge. Modern, well equipped and with a fabulous hot tub, the location is amazing. Peaceful and scenic but only minutes from great local amenities.

We just loved it here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The heaters soon warmed the place up at night. The area is loud and full of energy with the little chalet being at the Centre of it. The food at the Baltic Market is outstanding and didn't need to go anywhere else. Enjoyed a lovely walk to the Albert docks. But what made it for us was the Bars and quality drinks (the espresso martinis are amazing), my husband and I forgot we were middle aged and had a really good time! Even our very hard to please teenage daughter loved our little break. It wasn't a quiet peaceful break and we loved it for that! thanks Craig

From the moment we booked we had clear communication and entrance instructions were provided ahead of us arriving. No issues with the cabin which was very clean and the beds are really comfy. What a lovely touch with the complimentary tea coffee and biscuits on arrival. Very spacious for a family of 4 with a dog, with easy access to Blackpool and Lytham St Anne's. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again. Thanks for having us.

Amazing few days, outstanding views and comfortable accommodation. Gabby was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. Would certainly recommend and will return on our next visit to the Ribble Valley.

Stopped off here for the night for the zoo in the morning. Maureen was very nice and really helpful with directions. Also gave us some historical insight into the zoo. Great host. Great biscuits aswell! Thank Maureen for a lovely stay.

Had a 2 night stay and the pod was perfect! it had everything we could want, lovely and toasty warm, and the hot tub was fantastic. Everything was clean and welcoming. Great location close to the beach with a key card provided to gain access and keep the park secure. Overall we had a fabulous time and couldn't be happier!

We had a lovely stay at Ash’s caravan. Great location only a short drive to lytham We had a Slight problem with the hot tub but Ash came and sorted it first thing the next morning. He answered our messages straight away and was very friendly and helpful. Thankyou Ash we will be returning 😊

We had a lovely holiday here . The cabin was lovely and so was the hot tub! Apart from a few very minor issues that were dealt with , we were really pleased and it was definitely good value for money . its a great base to go off and explore North Wales with most attractions and beauty spots within an hour! I'd definitely recommend staying here! Staff were also friendly and helpful at all times and the site was very peaceful throughout the day and night.

Wonderful caravan, has everything you need and was spotless! The beds were made up lovely ready for when we arrived. Becky was so helpful in everything we needed and so friendly, Everything was just perfect for our stay, thank you so much for having us!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elaine and Steve's place. They gave us a lovely, friendly greeting when we arrived and they made us feel at home immediately. The place is exactly as described with a very well equipped kitchen, with everything you could possibly need, a cosy, comfortable bed and gorgeous outdoor space. There is direct access to the coast path and the beach, and all the local amenities are within a short walk. It was perfect for a weekend of rest and relaxation and we would definitely recommend it. It is ideal for couples and it is very dog friendly. The local pubs welcome dogs and the beach allows dogs all year round. Myself, my partner Colin and our dog Mollie, loved our time here and we will definitely be back again in the future 😊 Thank you so much Elaine and Steve for your fabulous hospitality. We were honoured to be your first guests and we can't wait to return.

Had a lovely weekend stay at the hobbit. Great facilities,lovely and clean. Fab hosts. Extra special touch of hamper gifts and flowers. Lots of useful local information. Very pet friendly. Had a nice swim in the pool. Would recommend and return. Clare Paul and Ollie

The property is beautiful with everything in pristine condition. Very comfortable.Quiet position yet with easy access to amenities of Fulwood. Excellent position for exploring the surrounding countryside. Emma is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
