So far, it's nice& comfortable staying @the gold coast apartment organized by Mrs.Tan. The unit is clean, amenities're complete, strategic location, and the owner's responsive&helpfull. But, At first we got difficulties to open the door.. Later, we'll put this unit as the first choice to stay..

did not have a high expectation on the place, but so far, for the week that i stayed there it was pleasantly comfortable, although i have to deal with couple flies here and there. it is quite close to the mall as well which is pretty nice.

Such a responsive host! Answered my questions immediately, fixed something small the next day after I asked them to. Thank you so much for taking care of our stay.

I recommend it. I spent happily with polite and prompt response. The view from the room is wonderful as you can see the sea.

Such a great time here.. The place is super quiet and private, with only one neighbor, so it felt really peaceful. There’s so much to do like ping pong, karaoke room.. Everything was super clean and just felt really cozy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot to relax and have some fun!

Patrick's home is a little piece of Eden in hell of Jakarta. You are there and you wonder: where is the traffic jam? Where is the smell of gasoline and burned garbage? Where is the noise? You stay there next day, sitting on the balcony overlooking the river and you get lost watching the trees singing in the wind. You sit there at night and listen to the fish jumping in the little pod, large animals with strange names climbing the trees in front of you, the rain falling on the leaves. It is not a small thing. If your sleep is not so difficult, I would suggest you to send the night in the bed on the balcony, protected by mosquito net, immersed in an unsuspected beauty of Jakarta night.

little bnb is a very wonderful and helpful host. they are proactive, communicative and helpfull. the house is very great and worth it, our childrens had wonderful time playing in the house and amazed with the bedrooms also the movie room. although its quite far from the highway access, but the facilities around the house is very great and worth the trip..a little bit improvement in the movie room and maybe a little bit bigger atove in the kitchen would make the house even mpre wonderful..overall we love the house and had great time there. thank you little bnb.

While Jakarta's consumption space is ballooning, this is an authentic place to experience! As a Jakarta native there is much to recall from my childhood period in 1980s. Stayed 2 weeks with my non-native husband and 3y.o. and they enjoyed the soundscape of riparian tropical settlement. Occasionally shared the house with others (the real original spirit of AirBnB), nice encounters. As the home is never empty and Patrick and Avi enjoy cooking, the kitchen is full of herbs and spices, making it easy to prepare our own food. We already booked for another week after staying in another part of the city. We hope to rely on their place whenever we are in Indonesia/ Jakarta again.

Lingkungan rumah yang sangat tenang, bersih, dan nyaman. Cocok dengan anak-anak. Keharuman aroma therapi dalam rumah juga cocok. Portal perumahan dijaga security 24 jam. Dekat dengan minimarket, bisa berjalan kaki kira-kira 7 menit sambil menikmati suasana perumahan. Dan tentunya pihak Tuan Rumah pak Antonius yang sangat responsif. Akan ke sini lagi jika ke area sentul.

Felix's place is the first one I always look for when I come to Jakarta. I already feel comfortable and familiar with his place.

The accommodation was generally clean and cozy, and its great location made it convenient for sightseeing. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. We met at the lobby and moved to the accommodation together while receiving a detailed explanation. The bed was comfortable, and a large bottle of water was provided. Since it’s in the city center, there was some noise from motorcycles and vehicles early in the morning. The view was nice, and overall, the stay was well worth the price. I had a great experience and would love to visit again. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. It was beautiful and match the description. Joshua was very responsive and Felix accommodated our needs very well. We love the infinity swimming pool facing the ocean. Lots of restaurants and the mall just right below the units. We definitely will come back to Joshua’s place if we are going to stay around PIK. Kedua kalinya stay disini, host sangat kooperatif dan komunikatif. Tempatnya nyaman untuk kumpul ramai-ramai dengan teman. Property sesuai dengan foto, dan kondisi fasilitasnya bersih. Kalau ada event lagi, pasti nginep disini :)
