Super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Jakarta. Absolutely fantastic stay in, this is awesome flat - spacious and perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

De kamer was leuk en in het centrum van jakarta. de trein en bus zijn makkelijk te bereiken via 5 miniten wandelen. sara had wat keuken apparatuur staan en nadat we hadden gemeld dat deze het niet deden wou ze deze laten repareren en toen dit niet ging heeft ze nieuwe gehaald. super vriendelijk en uitstekende locatie.

Martha was great at communication and check in was easy. Her place was exactly as in the pictures and she sent lots of detail to help us find the place easily. She left us water which was very helpful. The swimming pool was amazing and there is a food court, stores and restaurants really close by. It is easy to get a grab taxi or gojek or get a quick coffee and food. The apartment had A/C which was great as well as a little balcony to dry bathing suits. We will look Martha up next time we are in town

If you’re looking for a place in Jakarta look no further. Firstly place was neat, clean and stocked with things you would need. The views were magical, being on level 48 you could see everything. Secondly location was perfect. Connected to Grand Indonesia mall for shopping and dining. It’s also a small walk to Plaza Indonesia and a market called Thamrin City. At night food stalls pop up so if you’re looking to try authentic Indonesian food it’s right there. Fabyanje and her team were outstanding, kind, friendly responsive and very accommodating. I could not fault this stay at all. We felt like we were staying in a luxury apartment for a fraction of the price. Thank you so much Fabyanie, we hope to stay here again soon!

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

definitely will go back here again someday. your house ambiance is soo homey and clean. the wifi is also fast. my friend and i had blast staying here. thanks a lot!

always love to visit Mrs. Hilma place: peaceful and inspiring. perfect getaway to have a personal retreat, to find oneself again in the busy daily life. and the location surrounding give you time to wander, to find coffee shop and culinary, from street food like tongseng in Cipete street to lovely cafe like Levant Boulangerie.... really look forward to spending time at your place. thank you very much for your hospitality!!

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. I spontaneously had to extend the stay, which wasn't a problem at all. Pris was so very kind, understanding and helpful in so many ways! We had a great connection and communication was direct. I am definitely staying in this house again when I come back to Jakarta!

Cisca is a very good and friendly host, pro-active and responsive. Nice appartment, has everything you need for your stay. Very friendly staff in the building. In the building is a pool, gym, ATM centre, restaurants, supermarket which is very convenient. Close to 3 malls in the centre of the town. I really enjoyed my stay here and will defenitely come back

This is my second time staying in this unit. I came back to Jakarta after two years and decided to book this place again because I had a great experience before, the location is very strategic and the unit is always clean. To be honest, I was a bit worried this time because I saw a couple of recent reviews mentioning cockroaches. So before booking, I messaged the host to ask about it. She responded very quickly and assured me that the issue had been completely taken care of. I’m glad I trusted her , during my entire stay, I didn’t see a single cockroach. The place is still very clean, just like I remembered. The host is super kind and responsive. Definitely still one of my favorite places to stay in Jakarta.

Cukup sangat memuaskan. Lingkungannya enak, nyaman, dan bersih. Akses sangay mudah untuk berpergian. Selain itu, pemiliknya sangat responsif dan cepat dalam menanggapi segala pertanyaan atau permintaan. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman tinggal di sini sangat menyenangkan dan rekomended!

good location, quiet apartment, good view overlooking to toll. good side, the host provides good furniture n beds, not stingy in pot and kitchen appliances.it would be better off if microwave is provided. other than that i would give the host thumbs up.

Sherly is very good host, friendly, easy to communicate, responsive. Good location, has access to all necessary - caffe, groceries, mall, gym, and moreover - embankment, that is really rare and quite pleasant option. Also close to airport. The place itself good also and I believe worth it's cost.

rumah pak Phang sangat nyaman, bersih. perlengkapan dasar tersedia di unit, begitu juga di lantai 1 apartment tersedia seluruh toko2 kebutuhan harian dan makanan, jadi akan tidak perlu bingung apalagi terdapat kebutuhan yang kurang. cukup dekat ke jakarta kota ataupun ke bandara dan PIK. saya senang menginap disini bersama keluarga.
