Great customer service and very friendly staff We stayed on the Manatee boat and it was very clean with some minor issues the staff would be happy to attend to if I asked them. We just didn’t use the tv much, but it wouldn’t turn off so we just placed it on soft music and used it for a sleep aid 🤷🏻‍♀️🥰 Mike, the guy there recommended we stay in the Grey Lady next time but this was a great experience for us.

We stayed at this wonderful houseboat as we began our trip to the Florida Keys and it was perfect! We saw manatees, enjoyed dinner at the outdoor bar with locals, and had a beautiful view of the sunset. Great location with a wonderful host!

A quiet paradise over the water. The only sounds were birds and waves, and the occasional boat passing by. Connect to the ocean and nature day and night by watching birds and fish and bats right from your dinner table. If you're looking for some peace and quiet - this is the place for you!

We had such a lovely time staying at Ingrid’s house. The bungalow on the water was really cute and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid was a wonderful host. We snorkeled every day and went to town a couple of times for lunch and to purchase some groceries. We cooked every day so stock up on supplies. There are staples in the cabin like basic spices and oil. Such a peaceful and picturesque spot. We hope to be back soon.

We were 3 adults and we were all so excited with the house. So warm and beautiful with a very friendly host!clean and very lovely. It was a bit far from the town (25min walk) so we had the privacy we needed.Totally recommend it for an affordable option on such a fancy place!!

We really enjoyed the surroundings. Being right on the water, watching the tides come and go and all of the wildlife, particularly the birds was very interesting. This is great place to go for privacy, and a feeling of being in the middle of nature. Sue is fantastic, very helpful and very accessible. 5 stars!

Brilliant place - never stayed anywhere like it before. Quirky and an amazing location. Was so nice to come back and chill on the top deck at night. Johnny was great and even helped out when I needed a package delivered before I arrived. Would highly recommend !

The team was extremely helpfull, great service and friendly staff. Anything you need they provide you with and or help you. The food was extremely good we even went back after we checked out to eat again. Presentation, taste everything was very very good. Will return for sure.

Un lugar increíble y mágico con unas vistas increíbles además muy conveniente pudimos hacer jet ski que lo llevaron hasta la casa , también kayak y sin comentar el paseo en la misma casa sin tener q molestar vernos de nuestro lugar disfrutamos de muchas actividades . This a wonderful partial secluded location with a wonderful view. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The team can pretty much assist in all types of desires / needs. It is a great getaway

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Michael was wonderful to deal with getting to and from the boat house. He was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We will be back for sure. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place is beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend staying in Marigot bay the whole time. There’s not a lot of great food options, all with the same, fairly limited menu. The local food is the best option - jerk chicken, stews, etc, but even those are not as good as the rest of the island. This place is only accessible by boat - you need what’s app to get on and off the cabin to get food. The beach is walking distance and there’s some food and beverages served when you get chairs during the day. The hike along the property (Billy goat trail) is stunning. It’s really very very beautiful, but it’s not a great place to see the island. Also being a sound machine - sound travels across the water and it can be fairly loud.

El catamaran es hermoso, me atrevo a decir que incluso mejor que en las fotos. Daniel en todo momento se mostró muy atento, nos ayudó también a coordinar un servicio de bebidas y comida a bordo de la embarcación. El Capitán y su esposa también muy serviciales y amigables. Recomiendo totalmente esta experiencia para recorrer el peñón!

Our stay in Jupiter was great. Location on the water gave us opportunity to fish off the rental and soak up some sun. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and close to the beach/inlet. Our fishing charter even picked us up at the houseboat. Overall, we had a great experience.

Taking the included motorized dinghy back and forth to the houseboat was a lot of fun. It made it feel like you were leaving the world behind. Pennekamp reef was a short drive away and lot's of nice restaurants in the area. At night there we dolphins swimming around and the water was clean and clear. There was a great breeze and no need to turn on the air conditioner. We slept in the cool spring breeze and had a great time. The host is friendly, accommodating and communicative. Thank you Kelly, we will definitely be back!

Merveilleux séjour! La chambre flottante est une expérience à vivre. Endroit calme, intime et une nature magnifique. Les installations sont construites et décorées avec goût et souci du détail. On peut voir des paresseux à quelques coups de rames de l'hébergement. Les hôtes, Sylvie et Olivier, sont vraiment sympathiques! Je recommande chaudement cet hébergement!

Since I was a child I’ve wanted to see the inside of a real houseboat and this was the perfect opportunity. I booked for my family to stay here a few days before our cruise began and it definitely added to the wonderment of the vacation. Taylor even had a couple paddle boards brought to us. It may be a slightly older houseboat but I loved the charm of it. It’s really really fun. My family is still talking about “the boat before the cruise”, and I know they’ll remember it long after.

What an awesome experience! Unfortunately there were high winds during our stay so we weren’t able to do any of the fun extras (kayaking, snorkeling, etc) but it was awesome enough just hanging out. We were concerned about feeling sea sick with the high winds but the boat was very stable. Didn’t feel wobbly when we got to the main land after our stay. The house was roomy enough for the 4 of us. The hammocks were great. Cooking on the grill out on the water was really fun. We’re already planning another trip out but will be sure to get out to the back country for that stay!

It was a great stay! Very relaxing, and easy to get around town.

My husband and I loved the Dolphin Aqua Lodge. Being right on the water was amazing. We had our morning coffee watching the sunrise and the fishing boats leaving. In the evening we watched the boats returning. If we wanted to eat inside we found that the white stools worked well as individual little tables. We didn't have a lot of success with the TV's even after they were checked but it could have been something we were doing wrong and we really weren't there to watch tv anyway. Parking was very convenient and we enjoyed going to the Cabana Club.
