Brierlie’s place was wonderful and well suited to our family who travelled from interstate. The home was well equipped and even had some toys for the kids! Brierlie helped us post stay when we left a favorite toy behind which was very much appreciated. Fabulous house in a great location :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Everything was perfectly clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee and tea provided for us. The beds were very comfortable with fresh, clean linens. The view of the mountains and the sea was absolutely breathtaking, and the location made it very easy to get to. Every detail was carefully thought out, making our stay truly relaxing and memorable. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Our stay at Breakwater Lodge was just as we’d hoped - beautifully peaceful and quiet. Perfect place to go & unwind and enjoy relaxing days doing nothing. Breakwater Lodge has a great fully equipped kitchen, a lovely comfortable lounge area, with a small separate lounging room where you could choose a book from the shelf to read or watch a bit of tv. The deck is the perfect place to spend a quiet morning and afternoon, reading, relaxing and enjoying the view. And the best part about our stay at Breakwater Lodge was that our beautiful old dog got to enjoy it too. Not only a perfect spot to stay, but dog friendly too so highly recommend a little getaway at Breakwater Lodge.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house has the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in an Airbnb. We spent a lot of our time out on the sunny deck admiring the amazing view and we even saw a seal in the bay. Deb is a wonderful and welcoming host. Highly recommend and we would love to go back.

From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the space created by Michelle and Blu x The attention to detail is evident from the beautiful decor to the generous provisions - they have literally thought of everything- ensuring a comfortable experience. Michelle and Blu were the perfect hosts and their love of this property is evident in its presentation - thankfully they are happy to share it with us all 😍 Extremely comfortable beds; linens to die for and squeaky clean 🧼 This is the ONLY air BnB I didn’t feel like I had to wash dishes and utensils in before using!!! Thank you so much for sharing a space around your fireplace 🔥 and creating a memorable experience for us all - including our pet Daisy Doo. This is our new favourite place and top of the list for future visits to the Huon x. Michelle and Blu are truly amazing people and you will not be disappointed- unless you miss out !!!! Quiet and peaceful. Everything you need for a fully self-contained stay. Some nice touches.

Star cottage was beautiful - the location was close to large range of food options and easy walk to Sandy Bay and city - the communication with Antonia clear and super responsive - already planning return trip

We loved it. It felt like arriving at home. The garden is magnificient, the plants inside are stunning. The kitchen is extremely well equipped to cook. The fire place is gorgeous. We have a great time.

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! We booked this accommodation as a family, as my brother was getting married in Peppermint Bay. Lindsey was very proactive and an excellent communicator - the house was easy to find, access and enjoy. All the amenities required were provided, the view and garden were lovely. I’d thoroughly recommend a stay here, and hope to arrange another booking when we are in Tasmania again.

We stayed at Neil & Vonnie's place away from the main roads and up on the hill, but an easy drive from Hobart City. It was cosy but had everything we needed with nice little touches that included pantry and kitchen basics as well as bathroom toiletries. The fit out was fairly new and modern with all kitchen and bathroom and laundry amenities in good working order. Vonnie welcomed us on arrival and gave a comprehensive explanation of the ins and outs of the property. There was a nice big back yard with native wildlife visitors every now and then. Highly recommended, would stay there again.

Such a lovely and easy stay for my young family! Very considerate amenities provided (pram, high chair, toys, bath, change mat and more!) without being too ‘kiddy’! Lots of space in the home, plus walkable to town, coffee, parks and ducks. An easy drive into more regional towns (Dodges Ferry, Richmond etc) but still a short drive into the city of Hobart.

Our second time at Yvette’s place and hopefully not our last. It’s a great place to stay. The property is well located and an easy walk to the CBD, waterfront and lots of restaurants and cafes. It has great views and aspect. The morning sun shines directly into the kitchen and living space. Yvette has made sure the property has everything you need and she is very respectful of your privacy. Great shower and comfy bed! We loved the electric blanket too. Haha.

We had a wonderful stay in Battery Point. The house was well located, comfortable and extremely well-equippped. We really appreciated the extra treats - the fruit and cheese platter, wine, Easter eggs and the most delicious homemade cake complete with sauce and cream. we felt very welcomed - thank you!

Cascade Cottage is quiet, peaceful and had all amenities for our family. We felt right at home and were very comfortable for our week. The house has plenty of heating and beds are comfy. The area is very quiet and even though the cascade female factory is across the road the main access is on the other side of the factory so it’s not busy house side. Pademelons live in the street and come out at night time to kids delight. The Cascade hotel pub up on the main road has amazing meals and The Cascade Brewery cafe has great food also. The house is only a 7-12 min drive from centre of Hobart CBD. You can park at Arglye St car park in the CBD for $4per hour and you can walk anywhere in the city. Tip: visit port Arthur first then ask for a Ticket of Leave at their ticket counter as you exit and its costs you $20 extra on top of your Port Arthur entry but gives you unlimited entry to Cascade Female Factory and back into Port Arthur of 2 years. Saves around $15 per person on CFF entry.

A great place to stay. Very relaxing and right on the river. Highly recommended.
