Place was just as pictured-very cute. Beds were comfortable and place was clean and new. There are upstairs neighbors-didn’t bother us but you can hear walking around above. Just something to be aware of. We were pleased with our stay here in New Haven.

The location and comfort can’t be beat. We stayed at the professor’s flat for a full semester while I was teaching at Yale and it was perfect for a couple and a cat. We even had a couple of friends visit and stay over comfortably during that time. We truly lived in the place like it was our home, because it felt like it: it was cozy, and despite a smaller kitchen than we’re used to, it was well equipped, and we were able to cook a lot and even host dinner parties. It’s very conveniently located to everything in New Haven/the East Rock neighborhood & we walked everywhere. Also very convenient to the freeway. A parking spot was included in our rent as well. Remy, Hilary and Sal were always responsive and ready to take care of anything that needed attention. Remy also gave us and all the tenants extras like baked goods, and samples of her great Italian cooking on occasion (around the holidays). They also gave us fire logs for the fireplace we used our entire last month in town.

We stayed 4 months with family and it was really a great stay! Good location in the center of everything, lots of space, well equipted, comfortable beds. Great communication with a host. Highly recommended!

Super communication. Teneisha made the whole process easy. The place was clean and met our needs. Plenty of on street parking taking and good food nearby. Neighborhood was noisy overnight. We stayed on a Saturday night, though, so probably to be expected given the location.

This is the second time and property we’ve stayed at. Shelley and Colin’s locations are not only comfortable but they’re considerable thoughtful. I will continue to book wit them as they’ve set a consistent standers akin to being at a hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at Rosaria’s apartment for two months, and it was an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This home was so nice to stay in, it was perfect for my fiancé & I and our frenchie who enjoyed running outside in the front yard! My favorite part definitely had to be the king size bed!! Even though we both work from home, it was absolutely hard to get out of bed every morning lol. The area was just right, quiet & peaceful. Walkable too! Overall, this was the perfect place to stay until we made our way to downtown Stamford to move into our new apartment! We both felt well rested staying here :) ❤️

My friends and I watched a PEZ documentary, then found this bnb and decided to make a weekend of it. The bnb was everything we expected and a little extra. We loved the personality and how our trip turned into a pizza weekend! Would for sure stay here again, perfect little getaway and in a great location to walk many places.

This apartment was nicely decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. The bed in particular had a great memory foam mattress. A fair bit of street noise late Saturday evening, but I guess to be expected so close to a college campus. Overall I would definitely recommend!

This apartment is beautiful decorated, comfortable, and exactly as pictured! It is such a cozy spot to rest and relax, with everything you could ask for, when not out exploring New Haven and surrounding areas. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with Edgewood Park within walking distance. There is a wide variety of coffee shops & food options as well as only being a few minutes away from Yale and many cultural experiences. We really enjoyed our weekend before traveling on to Hartford for our daughter’s choral performance. Thank you so much to Barbara, Patty & Jonah for providing such a wonderful home away from home!

This is my 3rd stay here. I sometimes come on my own to visit my daughter at Yamaha and I pay extra per night to stay at this comfy relaxing spot so I feel at home. I have private parking, easy entry, close to downtown Yale shopping and minutes from raved Whooster Villlage. Don’t be hesitate because it is on the corner of the busy street, it allows for spreading out of family and each bedroom with own bathroom/TV sitting area. The upstairs room can get warm but use the AC unit in room and it is cool in no time! This will be my home away from home for my daughter’s next 3 years at UNH. My only suggestion is the main floor bedroom does not have King size bed but the room Itself is gorgeous! Enjoy and highly recommend this spot!

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Had all the basic necessities, the place was perfect for my stay. nice to be able to walk into town and was quiet in the evenings. Host was understanding and quick to respond

Miriam was a pleasure as a host. on a quiet road but immediately adjacent to the mall and other things to do. clean room, pristine bathroom, perfect instructions for check in.

Kisha's place was an oasis of peace and calm. There isn't much to do in the area (I was rained in the whole week) but there's so much to do at the airbnb (like using the hot tub, reading/working, or watching TV). The most notable thing was that everything was so clean and I was able to use the hot tub enjoyably. This listing is BEAUTIFUL and spacious (basically the whole top floor to yourself) and I hope to be back again!! The cute puppy was a great bonus.
