Cosy up to the wood fire, roasting marshmallows in your star Gazer yurt. A comfy queen bed and a backyard of adventure, its a Tasmanian version of luxury camping.

This is a charming one-bedroom mud brick cottage in a serene rural setting. It is ideal for two couples or a family of four to five. The cottage is conveniently situated within a 15-minute drive to Sheffield Township and a 45-minute drive to Cradle Mountain, making it a perfect place to take a break during your travels. The Stone House is set in 24 acres of natural Tasmanian bush in the Arthur Pieman Reserve. This is in the pristine Tarkine Wilderness area. The Stone House is made of stone, beautiful timber and earth rammed walls. We have made a rough track around our block, please explore. The grasslands are home to Bennetts Wallabies, pademelons, tassie devils, wombats, quolls and possums as well as the magnificent wedge tailed and sea Eagles. The coast is wild and untamed and ready to be explored.
