We were two couples that stayed at Anne's apartment for a week during Christmas. The place was stunning, just as described! We made great use of Netflix and prime Video over Christmas and Boxing Day! The breakfast that was provided was soooo thoughtful and we really appreciated it! We were impressed with everything :)

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, der Blick auf die rostigen Reste des alten Pier unbeschreiblich schön.die Badezimmer gut, eins mit Duache eins mit Wanne. Handtücher in neuwertigem Zustand. Das Haus macht einen modernen Eindruck. Das Wohnzimmer und der Esszimmertisch gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Umvergesslich : Kaffee trinken auf dem kleinen Balkon mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer. Man hat in Brighton eine sehr gute Auswahl an Pubs und Restaurants. Direkt hinter der Stadt wunderbare ländliche Gegend zum wandern. Wir habe.n uns wohlgefühlt!

We had a lovely stay in Caroline’s apartment in Kemptown. It was a delight to stay there, with the decor and furnishings being beautiful but also comfortable and practical. Everything worked as it should and Caroline provided us with all the info we needed. The location was so great, either to avail of the regular buses in and out of Brighton, or a v short walk to lovely bakeries, bookshops (and importantly a pharmacy wasn’t far away when our daughter wasn’t well). Despite being in an apartment with others all around, it was v quiet. Would definitely come back and stay here again, thank you Caroline.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Marie was such an accommodating host, and so thoughtful! She proactively asked if any children were coming, if we needed any special requirements, and even left an Easter egg along with goodies for us on arrival ❤️ The apartment is very close to the station, but very peaceful inside. Felt at home right away. Plenty of games available - kids loved their first taste of Twister! Thanks again!

We had a great family weekend break in Brighton and this was the perfect home for us. Great location and Paul was fantastic with messaging and getting us parking passes. Whole time felt like a home from home.

The flat was lovely! It’s in a great location, really close by to restaurants and the town centre. It was also spacious, clean and comfortable which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The host was also very responsive and accommodating to an earlier check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for us as doing Marathon

I had a great time at this place with my 3 friends and my dog. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Friendly village and lots of great Restaurants like the Royal Oak and the Lion’s Den. The house was clean and I love the decorations. Mark kept in touch and left some goodies too.

Clare was an exceptional host—extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The house itself is stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and complemented by a lovely garden. The location is perfect, offering picturesque walks and plenty of activities to enjoy. I will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend this experience. :)

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

The house was immaculately clean. All the equipment and furnishings were really well looked after and of good quality. Lovely bedding etc. There was plenty of ‘nice to haves’ such as lots of games, water sports equipment and bits and bobs in the kitchen. Would recommend as a base for a large family or two medium sized families away together. We were a group of 12 women celebrating and we all had comfortable accommodation. The garden was really peaceful and pleasant - we had our lunch one day on the patio. It’s a great location for very easy access to the beach and some lovely walks.

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

We had a lovely stay here. Great location, near the train station and a short walk to the beach front.

One of the very best experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb was staying in this gorgeous flat. It’s perfectly located right opposite the ocean, and near to everything you could want. The flat itself is beautiful and large - waking up to the to the sea view everyday has had such a brilliant impact on my wellbeing. I was worried about the WiFi strength, having read it was patchy in Brighton, but this genuinely was super fast with no issues. If this wasn’t enough, Stephen went out of his way to provide extremely helpful insider advice on the local area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay - if you’re considering this, do it!

Renny’s home was extremely beautiful and impeccably decorated. There was attention to detail and his value for guests could be seen throughout. He had even left a carton of milk for guest use. This was truly a home away from home and a perfect place for respite with family. Very cozy with gorgeous interiors- worth a stay and would definitely come back! Also the beach is mere minutes away and his guide was extremely helpful. Thank you Renny for sharing your home with us!

We absolutely loved this place! When we arrived the heating was on, the apartment was warm and smelt amazing and there was even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us in the fridge along side a pint of milk. The apartment was clean and stylishly furnished and decorated. The view from the bay window is fantastic, overlooking the pier. You’re a short walk into the heart of Brighton and minutes from the sea front. We just loved staying there and will hopefully be back.

Lovely place to stay! Underfloor heating and good quality linen. Also - bath and showers were incredible! Good pressure and decent hot water. Connor was responsive and proactive - it was super easy to check in and out. It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere clean, modern and a little bit boujee! Xx
