Jon is a fantastic host – quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment is lovely, easy to find, and in a great location near restaurants, shops, and public transport (Uxbridge underground (10-15 mins walk) and the Elizabeth Line from West Drayton (15 mins via the U1 bus). It’s also only 15 minutes from Heathrow by taxi – ideal for both my arrival and an early morning flight from T5. The setting by the canal is peaceful and perfect for a sunny stroll. My friend and I loved walking along the water and stopping for refreshments. We chose to stay in for supper, using the well-equipped kitchen and enjoying the cosy, homely vibe of the apartment – perfect for a catch-up. I’ve already shared this gem with friends flying into Heathrow and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Uxbridge area. I will definitely be staying again :-)

Was a great place to stay to explore Oxford. The Flat was very clean and comfortable. And what a luxury to have a parking place right by your accommodation while being so close to the centre of the city. Lovely view over the river. Oxford has so much to do. The flat is such an easy walk from the centre. Or like us you can walk in either direction along the river and enjoy a scenic route into the city.

Could’ve asked for a better location - as it’s a city centre spot everything was walkable which is exactly what we wanted. If you’re after peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Spotlessly clean, friendly host, comfy bed, with all amenities you would expect. Highly recommend!

I’m a repeat visitor to Amandeep’s wonderful flat. The location is perfect: it’s a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Castle, the Great Walk, Eton, Thames path, restaurants, a Waitrose and both train stations (you can be in central London in an hour). Even more impressive - to me at least - is the view of the Thames, which is sublime. Flat is well-equipped and always spotless. Because of the location and windows on three sides, there’s almost always a cooling cross-breeze in the summer months. Recommend without hesitation.

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

Lovely little Airbnb! Very close to the centre and convenient to have parking for 3 cars. Great stay in Cheltenham!

Couldn’t recommend this property more - absolutely gorgeous! We went as a group of girls and will definitely be returning but also would be perfect for those with families and will be looking to book to bring my little one. The property went above and beyond and had lots of extra details which made you feel immediately at home. Property even more beautiful in person, absolutely spotless and incredibly comfortable. We had a lovely Easter break in this house with our family (8 adults). The weather was perfect so we enjoyed playing tennis and paddle boarding on site and walked to the pub in the village.

We unanimously agree with all of the very positive reviews left by other guests. The bedrooms were super clean and the beds so comfortable. It was lovely to be able to catch the train into Windsor for the day and the two pubs in the village were a pleasure to visit. All six adults, one child and 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

Great location. Beautiful house equipped with everything you could need to make for a comfortable relaxing stay. Very quiet and peaceful and a very well maintained site. Lots of things to do for all ages and it’s a huge bonus having kayaks etc available for use on the lake - the whole family had so much fun. We would have loved to have stayed longer - so may be back! We cannot fault Dianne’s property. 6 of us have just returned having had the most amazing time celebrating a milestone birthday and Sunnycove was exceptional. Beautiful home fantastic location and we all felt so comfortable at this wonderful property. We met Dianne and she is absolutely charming and so helpful. We felt so lucky to have been able to stay at her stunning house on the River Thames.

Quiet and off the beaten path, but a quick walk to town. Loved the faint sound through the window of the little river running next to the apartment. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Feels like it was recently redone. We appreciated the heater in the bathroom to warm our towels. When we messaged her with a question, Lesley responded very quickly. Would love to stay there when we visit Oxford again. This place is a gem!

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Beautiful home, perfect place to stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. Claire Marie was very welcoming, made us feel at home. Went out of her way to ask if we needed anything. Generally a lovely, friendly host. I would highly recommend to stay here. Everything was perfect and it made our weekend.

Spent a fantastic couple of nights in Tina's lovely studio. Part of a stunning contemporary property in a quiet area but close enough to central Salisbury for those who want to visit. Equally stunning is the garden with the chalkstream River Nadder at its limit. Well equipped kitchen and very pleasantly appointed living accommodation. If you absolutely forced me to suggest any improvements all I could say is; maybe a bigger TV screen?! But with the garden and the surrounding sights to visit you probably won't be watching much TV anyway! Tina was an exemplary host. One of the best UK Airbnb's I've stayed in for sure. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

Apartment very well designed with everything you might require, plus lots of individual touches to make it extra special. Train station is a short walk away giving easy access to Windsor. Linda is an excellent and the welcome basket was a really nice touch!

oh my goodness what a position actually on the River Thames. It was perfect for my 93 year old mother as no stairs to climb. Accurately described, a little rustic. Great communication replying in a few minutes. Feel very lucky to have stayed at Waters Edge.

I wish I could find the right words to describe how amazing our stay was, but I will try! First of all, Karen is the most amazing host. Always friendly and happy to help me. We had a peculiar situation as we were relocating from abroad and she was so kind and generous with us. The apartment was spotless and had good quality linen, towels and amenities. The bed is very comfortable and the wardrobe is very big, making this place ideal also for long stays like ours. The parking space is safe and convenient with the lift taking you in front of the door. The view from the balcony is so nice and peaceful with birds and ducks around all the time. We enjoyed the place so much, but we also appreciated the pleasant walk to the train station to go to central London or Reading. Overall, I couldn’t have wished for a better place for our first home in the UK. I know that when I will have people visiting, I will always try to book Karen’s place and I will miss it so much.
