This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und jeweils einem Bad auf jeder Etage. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Kamin vorhanden, für eine kuschlige Zeit an kälteren Tagen. Ihr habt die Auswahl zwischen drei Terrassen um den See bestmöglich zu genießen und ein Kajak, um Ausflüge zu machen. Viel Spaß in Deinem Haus am See!

Von der sonnigen Terrasse aus genießt du einen atemberaubenden Blick auf unser Alpakagehege. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen geeignet. Nur 500 Meter entfernt erwartet dich ein idyllischer Badesee, der zum erfrischen und entspannen einlädt. Die Umgebung von Götschendorf ist von unberührter Natur geprägt – ideal für Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Ferienanlage am Griminitzsee in der Schorfheide, einem der größten zusammenhängenden Waldgebiete Europas und das circa 60km nördlich von Berlin. Die Wohnung ist für bis zu 4 Personen ausgelegt. Zwei herrliche Terrassen ein Duschbad, eine voll ausgestattete Küche; ein Schlafzimmer und einen Wohn-/ Essbereich. Fernseher, Apple TV, W-Lan und Netflix Zugang sind Teil der Ausstattung.

Unser Haus liegt direkt am Badestrand der nur 3 Minuten Fußweg von der Haustür entfernt ist und bietet eine einzigartige Kombination aus moderner Ausstattung und historischem Charme. Sie wohnen im 110qm großen 1OG des Fischerhauses. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Platz für bis zu sechs Personen, einer Galerie mit Bildern der alten Fischerei um 1920 und den Seeblick vom Balkon durch alte Ahorn- und Kirschbäume wird Ihr Aufenthalt unvergesslich.

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen.
