閑静な住宅地の素敵なお部屋で価格も手頃でした！cityからバスで20分ほどのおしゃれな住宅地にあり、ローカルなお家でのんびりまったりしたい方におすすめです。ハウスオーナーのJuditさん夫妻は、親しみやすく素敵な方達でした！Juditさんの旦那さんは昔、日本に行ったことがあるとおっしゃってました:) お部屋のインテリアデザインも素敵で、まったりくつろぐことができました！ また、ウェリントンに滞在するときは、必ず利用させていただきます！

Nice place and hosts. You can have as much or as liitle interaction that you want with the family. Plenty of interesting stories. I will see you next time I am in Wellington.

Great wee spot to stay, comfy and quiet location

A lovely place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, and the view is just magic. The continental breakfast was very generous and the home made biscuits amazing. The hosts were very accommodating and allowing us early entry to put food into the fridge was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Had a great time in Eastbourne, the location was perfect for the activities I planned . the house is in a quiet area and the tiny flat had everything that I needed.

Had a really lovely stay here. Very responsive and flexible regarding arrival, making sure we could check in when we wanted but also checking up shortly after to make sure we had an opportunity to ask questions and settle in. Was responsive throughout the stay when we needed it, proactively checking in and making sure everything was okay, but also giving us loads of privacy and not feeling overbearing or unable to come and go and do our own thing. Friendly and helpful at all times, very responsive and made the whole experience stress free.

I've stayed for almost three weeks while on a work trip. The place is warm and sunny and I had a good time. If you need to get to CBD by the bus it takes around 38 minutes. The parking on the street was somewhat inconvenient (~200m away) for a long term stay but nothing major. Adam was responsive and respectful host.

A great, secluded, but conveniently accessible spot. Parking was simple on a quiet street. Close to Barden Gate for diving and cycling missions and just a short walk to the wharf to catch the ferry to Wellington CBD. Perfect for what we wanted, will definitely look for this place again when we visit next.

We would like to go back to Hari’s house when we visit Wellington again. Beautiful view and comfort area to live. Hari is a friendly person to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Klare is what makes this a special place: kind, friendly, and helpful. The bed is comfy, the tuis chat away, and it's a bit like a good old kiwi holiday bach. Casual, welcoming, and easygoing in a spare self contained room of her home. Thank you Klare for added excitement 😊

Another great stay for us, very convenient with family nearby. Several evening and daytime meal options nearby, frequent buses on a direct route into town, lots of walking trails nearby.

Our stay at Anindita's property was fabulous. Anindita and her partner Neil were wonderful hosts. The property was clean, fully equipped and we had the most restful sleeps. The location was wonderful with public transport into the CBD of Wellington literally outside the front door. There were takeaways, supermarkets and other stores within walking distance. We had our gorgeous (well behaved dog with us) and he had a wonderful time. There was a fabulous doggy park literally a four minute walk from the property - perfect.

A home away from home. Wonderful views, great and friendly hosts with a full equipped house. Julie and family were very responsive and attentive hosts, even left us some Easter eggs at the door, just lovely people. This was our first trip as a little family and they provided my baby with a cot and toys which came very handy. I would definitely recommend this lovely home.

We loved our stay here!! It was everything that we were after for a relaxing getaway close to the city. The place was spotless, instructions were clear, and we could not fault it.

It was nice to have Janet & Ian meet us on arrival. The unit is a cosy self contained and private section in the downstairs area of their home. Very comfortable bed. Having off-street parking is a bonus.

Had a great stay with Ellie, it was just as described. Had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable as well! Would recommend.

Everything was so easy, instructions were clear, 5 star standard of cleanliness, bed was super comfortable and the little kitchenette was sufficient for our needs. For perfect for what we were looking for

Nice stay, very peaceful and very private which was exactly what I was after. Lovely views and good public transport access. A bit tricky to figure out some of the appliances and the rangehood/bathroom fan noises were a sensory nightmare, but that's not unusual. Otherwise straightforward and great communication.

This place was really great to stay and to visit the city of Wellington. It was perfectly clean, neat, and the hosts were very nice. We would recomand to stay for one night or more !
