Harbour side walks and tremendous views a short walk away, Massey memorial walk ten min drive. Easy access to the splendid walks on Eastern peninsular.

Centrally located , this warm & sunny studio is easy walking distance from the best that the city has to offer, and a short drive to airport & ferries. I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Cafes, shops & restaurants, walks around the harbour & hills - It's all within easy reach, or just sit back & relax.

An historic cottage in a sheltered dell in the country near Makara Beach, fully restored Te whare iti is 10-15 minutes walk from the rugged Makara coast and roughly 35 minutes from the Wellington CBD. The apartment is a self contained unit on the frist floor of a two story building. There is a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living area. We live in the top floor with our three year old daughter. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.

The Airstream has a double bed, and a dining area which converts to a single bed suitable for one adult or two small children.
