Este es un apartamento loft en el segundo piso en el corazón de Stratford-Upon-Avon. Estamos situados en una calle peatonal y el lugar de nacimiento de Shakespeare está a menos de 100 yardas. Todo lo que esta hermosa ciudad tiene para ofrecer está justo en la puerta. Está a solo 7 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y hay una parada de taxis a menos de un minuto a pie también. El apartamento en sí tiene doble acristalamiento y es muy tranquilo. Acabamos de reformarlo por completo (mayo de 2021) y estamos encantados de empezar a recibir huéspedes.

We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!

Situated in the village of Welford on Avon the cottage is a Grade II listed building that has been lovingly restored to afford a high degree of comfort and charm. The village of Welford is only 15 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the home of Shakespeare. The Cotswolds, Oxford, Warwick and Birmingham are all within striking distance.
