Very beautiful, peaceful and unique compared to the cookie cutter houses throughout the city. We had 2 ducks come visit us everyday at the backyard pool. Love the beds, best I've slept in a while! Awesome selection on cable channels.

Easy access to Gaylord Resort and downtown Grapevine.

We loved our stay here! Close to Tarleton so getting to and from was super quick and easy! Had local restaurant recommendations posted which helped! Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed the place, it was peaceful and quiet. very nice neighborhood. I felt secure and at home. it was perfect size for me and my wife. alot of stores close by to get any amenities..it is a nice place and I would stay there again. The house was great! Super clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location and super close to AT&T Stadium. There are lots of eateries in the area and the neighborhood was safe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Our second stay at one of Tim's properties was as awesome as the last! Great host and great space.

Very comfortable for 7 people, clean, quiet,easy access to things like groceries, and all necessities, kitchen was well stocked with those things you needed for preparing meals, lots of cooking utensil, silverware and dishes.

Great place to stay. Close to alot of local bars, restaurants, coffee shops. Downtown is close. Place is very clean. Can't wait to come back and see the neighborhood after they finish the building and adding new places in this neighborhood. Mindy is a great host.

The home was perfect for us and 2 other of our baseball team families. Everyone had their own space with plenty of spreading out room in the common areas. The boys were able to stay together in the bunk room which they loved and were kept entertained by the pool table, darts, basketball goal and ping pong table. If we are ever in the area again, this place will be at the top of our list. Its about 20 minutes to Rocker B Ranch fields.

Our family of five people and two dogs felt right at home. Ryan was awesome. He checked on us as we were traveling and made sure that we had a great stay. There is so much to do and see in this area. Ryan’s thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL house! The location is AMAZING! Great outdoors space was so relaxing and being waterfront to the lake was just the cherry on top! Highly recommend!

What a great home with an amazing view! We loved being on the lake and close to town! We enjoyed the downtown square of Granbury and even took in a show at the Granbury Live! This was the perfect location and house for our vacation. Just 3 minutes from family, 15 minutes up to an hour for shopping and dining. So many options for food and fun. It was very peaceful and private at the house. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We look forward to booking this house the next time we visit family!! Definitely recommend this one.
