Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

Honestly, this place blew us away. It looked nice in the photos, but in person it's even better. Super clean, really well put together, and just had a great feel overall. Kate was quick to respond and super helpful, even with our last-minute booking. Such good value too. We'll 100% be back

Very clean & comfortable accommodation. Tea, coffee & milk provided. And the chocolate biscuits were very welcome too. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

A nice little place where we could spend a month between house moves. John was helpful, and met us at the location. The flat was clean, and everything was as described. The flat is in a relatively secluded place as expected, but there was a bit more traffic noise than expected, as it is right on the corner of a crossroads.

very,very nice annexe style Studio apartment. lovely furnishings, great en-suite style Kitchen Unit with all amenities to cook a meal. Lots of space ,TV with all channels, dining table. En suite Shower room is fantastic. A great stay, would definitely book again and recommend with no hesitation.

Peaceful studio apartment within an easy bus ride of Brighton centre. Private parking and easy to get out of Brighton into the South Downs. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and tidy. The outdoor space is lovely and private, ideal for breakfast or a coffee. Great welcome and introduction by Mark (and Mollie the dog). Mark was super responsive to questions but also regularly messaged to ask if we needed anything.

We had a great stay in a lovely apartment perfect for our long weekend. Nice private road in easy walking distance of town and seafront and used as a base for the Brighton Marathon weekend. Would definitely recommend it if looking to stay in that area again.

It's always so nice staying somewhere where a lot of attention and care has been put on the property. I had such a lovely stay at this property, I absolutely fell in love with the interior decor (love wall paper in dining area), I had everything I needed, communication with host Robert was great, everywhere was clean, wifi worked well and even everything in the kitchen matched. Lovely, lovely, lovely and would recommend.

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

Great stay, very nice place and good location, and lots of parking space which was important as we had two cars. Everything was as described and Diana was always easy to reach and very helpful. Can recommend to anyone.

We had a really lovely stay in Brighton. The house was perfect, and the parking made it super easy. Benjamin was a great host and made sure we have everything we needed.

Fantastic place to stay, peaceful with beautiful surroundings and the hot tub was the perfect way to spend the evening after a day of activities. It was a great place to bring the dog too. Tim was a great host, very responsive and did everything he could to make sure we had a great stay. Would definitely go back and certainly recommend it!

Beautiful little barn renovated to a very high standard. The enclosed garden was ideal for the doggo and the jacuzzi was a lovely treat. Lots to do and see in the surrounding areas

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

The place was incredible. So beautifully decorated and everything we could want plus so much more was supplied. Beautiful homemade cakes and snacks and croissants for breakfast. It surpassed all our expectations. Especially loved the movement sensors which helped navigate to the loo in the night!

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Great place, beautiful decoration clean throughout and felt right at home. Sarah left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and breakfast for the morning plenty of condiments butter, jams etc. However my only slight reservation are the pictures of the air b&b I thought we would be on the sea front. Instead it is a short yet simple walk down to the beach.

We are just back from our stay at Betsy’s. She has been very responsive and helpful since booking, replying quickly and with answers to all of our questions, with clear instructions for check in. The flat was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a lovely stay. The location was perfect, with so many restaurants and shops that are walkable, as well as the beautiful palace and park and river. We would highly recommend staying here!

Very comfortable stay, close to restaurants , and attractions . Easy to stroll along the beach to Brighton and bus was only two stops away . We were visiting friends and my daughter goes to university here and we really had everything on our doorstep . Fiona was very responsive and we even had a lovely bowl and bed and some toys for our little cavapoo (I think she had the best two days of her life here !! 🤣) Was handy to have parking for one car too . Highly recommend location .

Had a lovely few days of exploration and relaxation at The Garden Room, Diana was so warm and welcoming. The view is even better in person and the place itself has a super cosy vibe while still being private. Diana’s hand drawn maps for different walking trails were so helpful too! Have already recommended to friends and definitely hope to be back.

Overall a nice and clean appartement, had more or less everything you'd expect to need. Host was also proactive and friendly to communicate with. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.
