Place was exactly as described! Loved the space, location and amenities! Scott was very communicative and instructions were spot on. Would stay here or in a place of Scott’s again.

This was a great stay. The location was an easy walk to everything in Gatlinburg and a short drive to the national park. The condo complex was easy to find and the instructions to get in were very clear. The interior was exactly as pictured and a perfect layout for our needs. Each bedroom having its own en suite bathroom was ideal. I highly recommend this place and Jen and Mike as hosts.

Diana did a great job communicating with us through our stay and made sure everything was taken care of. The place was clean and was perfect for our vacation.

Lori provided us such a gorgeous space! The view is stunning, we truly could not get over how beautiful it was. The space was very clean! The amenities on site were so nice and we loved the sky deck!! We saw lots of wildlife and even saw bears one day! We would definitely come back! :-)

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.

Fran and Ron's place was just amazing and was perfect for our family. The best part was after having another AirBnB booked for over 6 months before this huge family trip we had been planning for a year, the day before we're going to leave the other owner messaged us and said the place was no longer available, so sorry, and just dropped us. Fran and Ron came to the rescue. Great communication, a beautiful place, and a great price. We could not have been happier and are so glad we ended up finding their place because it was better than where we were originally going to stay. If you're considering staying at Fran and Ron's condo, don't hesitate to book it and enjoy everything it has to offer.

I would highly recommend this spot to friends visiting Asheville! Very easy to find, close to downtown while still quiet, and above a wonderful bar!

We enjoyed our stay at Corey’s place. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the golfers and walking the neighborhood. There were beautiful views surrounding us. Corey was very responsive. We look forward to returning.

When booking an Airbnb you have no idea what you are getting. When I booked this condo I had no idea except for the photos. Once we got close to the date to check in the owner Matt reached out and I felt like it was met to be. The location, the place, the fit. And let me tell you about the bed, outstanding! We had the best time at the condo. Even the locals in the area walking their dogs were so friendly. Asking us if we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! My kids loved going on the canoe in the pond. We also loved going to the pool after a day out apple picking and hiking. The mornings are also peaceful sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee listening to the waterfall.

Jeff's spot was immaculate! One of the best AirBnb experiences I've had. The location of the unit was perfect -- walkable to all of the best restaurants and event spaces in Asheville, such a lively area. The unit itself was extremely clean, well-furnished, and felt very well-taken care of in general. Will be recommending this spot to friends and family who want to visit Asheville and enjoy a perfect location!

We stayed a week with our dogs. The duplex is located right next to a beautiful creek. The deck had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The cabin itself is spotless and comfortable with all the essentials. Sasha is the best host. Great communication and very helpful.

This place was great! The location was amazing and a quick walk to the Gatlinburg Strip! The two separate bedrooms and bathrooms were great!

This is the perfect place in Gatlinburg. A 5 minute walk to the main drag in town. There is also a free trolley that stops in Front of the complex. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It was clean and well equipped. Communication was excellent. The balcony was my retreat. I am already planning another trip because this place is so perfect. I can’t recommend highly enough.

William and Renee were helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Everything was as they said it would be. The bed was so comfortable! The pillows were great! Everything was really clean! Check in and check out was effortless with personal lock code provided. The location of their place is easily walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. They provided a parking pass for the condo and we walked everywhere. Hiking is a 10 minute drive away, the Rocky Top Sports Plex was a 10 minute drive away for the soccer tournament we went to. Highly recommend staying here and going to the Gatlinburg Skywalk! It's the yellow ski lift. Sit in the rocking chairs at the top and watch the sunset over the mountains!

Great place to stay. Centrally located to lots of great restaurants, attractions and grocery stores. Loved sitting out back listening to the birds and the creek below. Very private and peaceful. Super clean with lots of extra nice touches. Check out Anakeesta, beautiful park and incredible Mountain views.

Anthony was a great host, very kind and responsive. The place was so convenient and walkable to downtown Gatlinburg and right at the base of Great Smokey Mountain entrance. Beautiful view and peaceful. Only suggestion would be less scratchy towels, otherwise awesome!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything is just like the pictures. Beds are comfortable. The only thing that didn’t work was the dishwasher but it wasn’t a big deal for us to do a few dishes. There was also some starter coffee, cream, and sugar above the sink. Coffee pot and kurig according to what you prefer. Enough kitchen items to cook as desired. And finally, the hosts were extremely responsive and kind.

The accommodations and location were great! I left a jacket behind and sent message twice checking on having it mailed back to me at my expense. Received no reply one way or another.

Bobby was very clear and concise on instructions and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. Bobby even offered recommendations in the surrounding areas! There was nothing I was unsure about and had to ask of the hosts! It was roomy, comfortable and fun! The view was lovely. Perfect for a small family or a few friends!
