Our group had a great stay. The house provides great instructions and ample labels to help your group immediately understand all the appliances and temperature settings. The HOA staff were polite and helpful with fantastic local information.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy and beautifully decorated home! The attention to detail in the decor made it feel so inviting, and we especially loved all the charming antiquities throughout the space. You can tell it was decorated with love. One of our favorite features was the record player—it added such a fun and nostalgic touch to our evenings. The downstairs game room and bar were perfect. Our kids loved the train-themed room, which made their stay extra special! The location was ideal—just minutes from the Hideout Hill, and less than 10 minutes from a supermarket and liquor store, which was super convenient. Everything was spotless, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. But the best part of our stay was Lauren. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect, just a 5 min drive from the adorable town of Narrowsburg (which has some amazing gems). I didn't realize that it wasn't riverfront, as a couple houses sit in your view in front of the river, but you can still walk down to the river on a specific path. The house was cute and cozy with the wood burning fireplace. The shag rug did have quite a bit of dirt and "stuff" buried into the long fibers but overall the house was clean and tidy. The shower and towels were also very clean. We appreciated the children's toys and games for our daughter and the record player for us. We didn't realize the outdoor BBQ was coal and that we had to pick up coals on the way but the kitchen did have the tools we needed to grill otherwise. We also thought it was really lovely that they left us some treats from the local bakery. Overall, we really enjoyed this stay and would love to go back!

Beautiful house with a great view of the lake. House was easy to get to and the check in process was very easy. The rooms and beds were all clean and the hot tub, fire pit and grill were very nice to have. Everything worked and I had no issues. Easy communication with the host and answered any questions or concerns I had. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a house on the lake

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Family & Friends! Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and considerate, making sure all our requests were accommodated with ease. Communication was effortless, which made the entire stay even smoother. The house had everything we needed, from extra towels, blankets, and pillows to a fully stocked laundry area. The grill worked perfectly and even came with propane, making outdoor cooking a breeze. The space itself was huge, making it ideal for family gatherings or trips with friends. One of the highlights was the multiple bathrooms, which made it super convenient for a larger group. And the hot tub was absolutely perfect, especially in the winter! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious Airbnb. Would definitely book again! I stay away from my family for work most of the year, which is not fun. It was very nice to have a place like this to stay at well recommended very relaxing very enjoyable.

We had a beautiful stay here with my family. The home accommodated everyone comfortably. From docking the pontoon, which we rented, and making s'mores in the fire pit really was a great stay. Also, if I had any questions at all the communication was great. Thank you

If you looking for peaceful place when you can kayaking and fishing. having firepit and beautiful surroundings tis place is good. Hot water, kitchen and lakeview. Backyard with charcoal grill firepit and chairs and lake access. We had cabin#1, 3 bedrooms, which accommodate 6 of us. Great Labor Day weekend. Very friendly and helpful Host. thank you Ethan.

We recently spent a weekend at this lovely cottage for a fall family getaway and had a great experience overall! The property was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor amenities, which offered plenty of ways to relax. However, there were a couple of things to note. The cottage is located next to a large boat storage facility, visible from the primary bedroom and living room windows. While it wasn't a deal-breaker for us, we had hoped for a more nature-filled view. Closing the blinds on that side helped with the aesthetic. Another consideration is the heating: in order to make the downstairs warm, the upstairs got quite hot. It worked fine for us, as our kids were upstairs, but others might want to be aware.Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to this property for another vacation. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and we left with fond memories.

The place was spotless I loved everything about it. It has everything you needs and it was very clean and confortable. The communication was great, Ana responded quickly. You have a TV in every room; the kids loved that. I don’t have anything else to say … just positive things.💙💙 thank you so much for sharing your home with my family.

We had a great time at the cabin on the lovely, private lake. It was older and more rustic inside than I expected but overall cozy and very quiet, which is what we were going for. The long, dirt-ish driveway was very bumpy, true to the description. We have a Subaro Outback so it was no problem. I was able to kayak and swim in the lake. We did a hike not far - in Hancock, NY (if anyone does the Boucheux trail be aware that it's on a 2.8 mile dead end road (tripped us up and ended up driving a half hour into PA :)), relaxed on the deck, and on the way home we stopped at the Callicoon farmer's market, which was amazing. It had the most interesting and freshest produce I've ever seen. Overall we had a wonderful weekend; exactly as we wanted.

Perfect size for a couple for a weekend! The house was super clean and the bed was comfortable. It is in a good location close by to places in the town. I appreciated how well stocked the house was with towels, toliet paper and garbage bags; it was more than enough for the stay.

Nice stay at the cottage with direct lake view. The full kitchen, the bunk bed and everything are all well appointed, clean, and “fantastic” (according to my 6 years old). The communication from host was timely and thorough, making check-in and out super easy. Restaurant on site is also a great-to-have bonus.

Our trip was intended to be relaxing and spending much needed time together. The cabin was exactly as described. We had a beautiful time and I’d highly recommend staying. We plan to come back again. Thank you for everything.

We had a good time on the Beaver Kill. It's a beautiful location and a short drive to both the West and East Branch of the Delaware rivers. Unfortunately, the water levels were way down due to a lack of rain which made the fishing on the Beaver Kill challenging but we did catch a couple on it and the flows were normal on both the Delawares. Good time!

Great getaway place. Very clean! Fully stocked with kitchen, bath supplies. Good info on things to do in the area! Quiet and peaceful.

I hate to leave this review because I want to keep this hidden gem a secret but this host and property are AMAZING!! Private and secluded with so much to do on the property! We jumped from the game cabin, to fishing, to the multiple fire pits, to relaxing on the deck…my 4 kids ages 13-21 never got bored , even on the rainy days. Going from the spa then out to the hot tub under the canopy of trees was so relaxing. The cabin itself is clean, spacious and beautiful and the personal touches make it so cozy. The sound of the stream while you sleep at night is just so peaceful. Our host was very responsive and although we have stayed at some beautiful Airbnb’s - the care this host puts into this property is exceptional. My family and I are all feeling rejuvenated and my pups are exhausted, it was perfect!

We had a great time staying at Steven and Gina’s cabin! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Check in and check out was easy to understand. They communicated well and always responded quickly when we had any questions! Would stay again!

A beautiful lakefront cabin tucked away from it all offered a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Would totally visit again. Plenty of firewood was a great perk. Loved it!
