Great, clean cabin on a nice bay on Oxbow Lake. The cabin is secluded and an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

The place was just right for our girls getaway. It had a great location right on the lake. Since it was late fall it was very quiet. Would love to come back when it is warm to enjoy the water. The place itself was wonderful, the picturea didn't deceive.

We loved staying at Kyle’s place! The host was responsive and provided clear instructions and suggestions. The house was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of comfortable seating - loved the porch and outdoor space. The mattress was super comfortable, which is important to my old bones after a day of hiking/exploring! We were only two people, but you could easily accommodate a large family or group and have plenty of room! We loved the remote waterfront location, it was so quiet and peaceful. We explored the Baraga County area (recommend the Lake and County tour), easily made day trips east to the Michigamme area and west to the Keweenaw and to Houghton for a MTU football game. We even got to see the Northern Lights right from the yard! It was a great time and we are already talking about coming back!

Great place to stay with great hosts! They were always responsive and extremely helpful when I had questions. Will be staying here again next winter and would highly recommend them!

We were up for a UTV weekend, it had plenty of room for the six of us and was a great location.

Pride of ownership is obvious. The condo was super clean and very well equipped - above and beyond what you’d expect. It didn’t feel like a rental, it felt like home. Super convenient to the hill…less than a 5 min walk and you’re skiing down Chippewa! The hosts were friendly and responsive and we’ll definitely be back for our next weekend at Indianhead!

Mark & Wendy's cabin was exactly as pictured - cute & cozy! They were extremely responsive hosts and gave us great recommendations for things to do/places to eat in the area. I was curious if the cabin would be covered in dog hair/smell since they are allowed (which was wonderful for us, as we brought our puppy), but there were no signs of dogs other than some chewed up furniture. The lake access will be especially wonderful in the summer. We'd definitely stay there again!

Our group had a blast here for a weekend of skiing! It was great to be right on the run. The wood stove was so cozy after long days of skiing. The hosts are very responsive, which was so appreciated. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

There’s not enough good things I can say about the 3 1/2 days we spent at Sandra’s! It was very well appointed, if we needed it, it was there, and the space was roomy and cozy all at the same time! It took us a few minutes to figure out that the space was behind the street address on Lake Avenue, but even the people we asked for some help were friendly and outgoing! We felt like part of the community from the start!

My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay over the past weekend. We wanted to stay in the L’Anise area, since we have a friend that lives in the town, and this was the best option. The unit is clean, has an amazing view of Lake Superior and is very spacious. I was very impressed with the unit overall. I would gladly book again!

I enjoyed my 5 nights stay at Lois’s place. She is very helpful , welcoming, sincere,understanding and accommodating. I had no regret staying at this home. Everywhere was spotless and tidy. This was a great place to stay for our end of the season ski trip. A close 2-minute walk to the chalet. There is a lift even closer, but it wasn't running, presumably because our stay was the last weekend of the ski season. The condo was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Myron was super helpful and responded to messages within minutes. Being April, it wasn't cold enough to warrant using the hot tub, but it looked great. He offered to let us check out later since the cleaning crew wasn't arriving right at 11:00. Much appreciated! So much nicer to change in his condo rather than the chalet before our drive home. Looking forward to booking this condo again for our annual Michigan ski trip next winter!

We stayed during a snowstorm that dumped a foot of snow and Wendy made it really easy to add an extra night to the stay

This is our second time with Your North Vacation and it felt like at home, once again. The place was spotless and cozy. We loved the location right in front of Big Powderhorn and 15 min away of Snowriver. They had stuff for our dog and some other details that we loved! Would not stop recommending Your North Vacation for your vacations in the UP! Host was super responsive as I had some issues with my email during our check-in.

Peaceful cozy cottage. Nice place to relax and wind down after riding the trails. I love how you have transformed from what was there. We especially enjoyed the outdoor bar and firepit. We will be back to stay or make a rest stop next time we are in the area.

Alexis and Luke are great hosts! They were very proactive in communicating leading up to our arrival and prior to our check out. Instructions for the lockbox, keys and garbage were very clear. We have stayed there before but for first timers, the instructions on how to get to the lodge were very clear also. They always had wood stocked at the entrance for the fireplace which was super nice. Very clean and cozy. It's ideal for skiing in and out at Black River Basin. We love staying at the Bunkhouse and will be back!

This was perfect for my family! we got lots of snow and enjoyed the sauna immensely!

Jon's place was a perfect home base for our long weekend trip to Snowriver and ABR Ski Trails. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and Jon was very responsive.

We had so much fun at family times. The ski inn and out was very convenient and we loved playing the arcade games apres ski. The beds were very comfortable as well.
