Haiou was a great hostess and as a person you couldn't have a better person to have for a great accommodation. we will be back and love her cozy and affordable location.

Immediately upon opening the door the house smelled clean. It was neat and tidy and peaceful. We had fun exploring the grounds and made sure to take the Trestle trail...which was a 5 minute walk from the house. We had everything we needed for our party of 6...though I'd say the house was perfect for 4 or 2 couples and some kids. Erik was super responsive for any questions we had. I'd happily come back again.

We loved staying in this gorgeous home. I have so say: the dishwasher, oven and stove took us awhile to get used to. The lot is HUGE! It's the right by the water and we did some canoeing. We also had a little campfire in the fire pit. I would definitely stay here again

would highly recommend to anyone coming to town.

We had a wonderful stay with family for my son’s graduation. Communication with Niki was prompt and helpful. The pool house was a wonderful surprise and we spent most of our time there although there were two other living areas. The home is warm, clean, and meticulously designed, with small touches throughout (soft sheets, candle light, dimmers, heated floor in master bath etc). Incredible fireplaces, plenty of glasses and dishes, and a Sonos sound system for the music lovers like us. All perfect for a celebratory weekend!

The place an clean and spotless. The host was very responsive. It's a single home. The basement is where was done up where we stayed. It was 5 minutes away from our place that we had to be. I will definitely rent with Patrick again. Very happy with the service and how cleaning it was.

The place was very comfortable and in a safe, beautiful neighborhood! It worked out very well for my daughters and I to celebrate Christmas together! I would definitely recommend it!

It was a cute little place, 2 levels, kids loved the bunk bed with a slide, she had lots of games for kids to play, amazing hot tub! She was very quick to respond when I asked questions, she even turned the hot tub down before we got there so the kids were able to enjoy it for a little bit as well! All in all, it was an amazing stay! thank you so much.

3 families stayed here and there was plenty of space. It was clean and the beds were comfortable (although the bunk bed is best for smaller kids). We enjoyed sitting on the deck since the sun was out and a nice trail along the Grand River is steps away. The owner was very responsive and kind. Would recommend!

Abdul’s place was a very pleasant experience. The house was spacious, perfect for 8 people. Everything was just like how he described it. Abdul was responsive, told us everything we needed to know. Overall, a great place to stay!

Stayed 5 days with family. First time in Kitchener. Nik’s place was comfortable and offered easy access to the places we visited.

We were travelling with a baby and the house had absolutely everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. There is a lovely outdoor area in the back yard that is well lit and shops and restaurants are a quick walk away- thank you for a lovely stay

My extended family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Niharika's lovely home. The view is peaceful and breathtaking--best enjoyed with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the expansive deck. There are many comfortable places for people to gather in the home to talk or play games together, making it the perfect place for my family to reconnect with each other. This place exceeded expectations. By far, this was the cleanest and most well appointed AirBnb I have ever stayed in. We were a group of 8 people (2 families w/ teenagers) and it was very spacious. We were able to take advantage of the large kitchen and dining area and it had everything we needed. The 3 Broil King outdoor grills was great to have. Just wish we had time to use the fire pit and seating area on the back deck! Would definitely try to stay here again if/when we come back to the area. Thanks, Paul!

Beautuful, new home with ample space and easy check in. Convenient to our event at The Aud. The house was well appointed and spotless. The only thing missing was a dining table with enough seats for the number of guests (as shown in the photos, there are only 3 bar stools at the kitchen island), but this did not detract from our wonderful stay. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were a bonus for 4 friends travelling together so everyone had their own space. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay near downtown Guelph. Home is nicely renovated and comfy for 2-3 people. Host was very friendly and accommodating. No complaints!

The house is large and beautiful. We especially liked having a second living area upstairs. We had 8 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. We will definitely consider this again in the future when we return to the area.
