Great place! Very cozy and the kitchen was well-stocked.

Stayed at Courtney's place while visiting my son at Wartburg. Really enjoyed staying at her place and it was really convenient location.

The house was cozy and clean! The drawback to the house was the creakiness/squeaking of the floors, doors and sliding glass door when shutting it. It would scare our dogs/kiddo whenever we would open or close any/every door. Otherwise everything went smooth and was just what we needed! Backyard was perfect for dogs, but it’s pretty muddy right now with melting snow so we did our very best to keep the mud at the door/get them wiped down before coming back in! I wish the tub was in better shape to help bathing kiddos easier, but we made do! Good location as well!

Scott was a great host before during and after. Always in contact. His place is peaceful and just perfect for our family

She was a great host and had a beautiful place. Very well taken care of and loved the hospitality. She was super helpful and quick messaging back! Overall had a great stay. Would recommend!

One of the best Air BnBs I’ve stayed at - everything was thought through from towel hooks in the bathroom, the washer/dryer area, and the furniture. Very spacious as well. This was a great place and felt like home. It was very clean and had all the modern amenities you would need for an extended stay, which I did. It’s about half a mile to the great restaurants and bars on beautiful Main Street downtown Cedar Falls. Bed was comfy and the den was perfect for watching some March Madness. The kitchen had top of the line appliances, which made cooking meals a breeze. I’d stay here again next time I’m back in the Cedar Valley.

This was a great place to stay. It was modern, clean, and close to campus. It worked perfectly for what we needed.

Great place! Was in town for a pool tournament and this fit the needs of my team perfectly. Especially loved that both bedrooms had private bathrooms. Very clean and quiet.

The host, Denise, was great to work with. She is very responsive and did everything she could to ensure a great stay. The rental was great. The entire property was well-kept. It's in walking distance of stores and restaurants. It was a great experience.

Great place to stay while traveling for school. Host communicated well with me and accommodated me well when I needed to switch rooms closer to the router for faster wifi connection for my school work.

One of my employees stayed to complete work on the Lost Island Theme Park. This place was perfect! Great location and was easy to get to the amusement park. Fantastic communication with the hosts! Very responsive to questions and extremely helpful as well. Everything needed and more was provided to stay in this lovely home. Super easy check in too! We are often in the area for work and will definitely be staying at Judy's place in the future. Wonderful hosts and great home! Highly recommend!

Clean and a unique feel. This is just a place to lay your head while exploring the city or if you just need a rest. Price was fair compared to Hotel, but has none of the creature comforts that you would get for a few more bucks. HOWEVER I would stay again because it is exactly as advertised and again the price was fair.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space. Well cared for. We plan to return!

I would definitely stay here again if available. There were five adults and we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The house was very nice and matched description perfectly. Very close to water park and amusement park so really a great place to stay in the summer. Neighborhood was very quiet and, had weather been more cooperative, would have been a nice place for walking.

We stayed at this beautiful home over Easter weekend. The weather didn’t cooperate but we enjoyed having Easter dinner with our family while visiting our son at Wartburg. The home was cozy and spacious for having dinner, playing cards and making lots of memories. We look forward to staying again.

Very relaxing, lovely, and quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect, very clean, open space and no clutter. The backyard is very spacious, my dogs greatly enjoyed running around back there. Highly recommend place. I would gladly rent again for a few nights.
