Although we ultimately did not stay, I would still highly recommend this property. The host reached out to inform us about some flooded roads in the park and surrounding areas, and generously offered a cancellation with a full refund, even though it was outside the cancellation period. Considering we were traveling with our infant son, we appreciated this flexibility immensely. Thank you so much!

Ons was in die Urban Studio wat absoluut pragtig en uiters skoon was, met alles wat ons nodig gehad het. Iddi het ons akkommodeer met 'n laat "check-in" - ons vriendelik verwelkom en dadelik laat tuis voel. Die bed is ongelooflik gemaklik gewees - en die beddegoed sag, skoon en "comfy". Die eenheid is modern en die aandag aan detail ongelooflik. My Seun se woorde: "Hierdie is ons tipe plek Mamma." Duisende dankies Iddi - ons sien jul beslis weer wanneer ons in Groblersdal is.

This was the 7th time our drivers stayed with Hannes. They just love this accommodation and always ask me ahead of time if I booked in time. its a wonderful place with even more Amazing hosts. They make our staff feel very welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This unit is unlike the other units at the resort. Unit was extremely clean. The linen was white, fresh and clean. Kitchen fully furnished..Definitely recommend.

We were a family travelling so privacy wasn't on top of our lift but I love how the house setup actually give you that privacy whether its 4 couples travelling or a group of friends. It's spacious and comfy. Also the kitchen was equipped with absolutely utensil we needed, whether it's for cooking, braaing or dessert and came with more than enough crockery. Would most definitely come back.

The place was very spacious and honestly stunning. Perfect for a private weekend away and plenty of animals to see just within the Estate! Highly recommend for families and friends wanting to get away from the city! Great hosts too.

The Farmhouse was a wonderful long weekend getaway for our group of 5 ladies ( varying ages - from 84 to 6 :) ). We loved the private home environment and will definitely recommend the property. Our highlights were the game drive, the 3 wheel scooter experience, all the activities provided for in and around the house ( volleyball, swingball, bean bag game, swimming pool, board games, etc. ) - we tried them all. Making smores on an open fire was of course a highlight for my 6 year old daughter! Everyone involved in making our stay memorable ( Emma, Cherime, Jandre, Rosina, Johannes, Geelbooi ) were really great! A shout out to all of you, you were all very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable about their environment and the reserve itself, and always willing to assist. We really enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next visit.

A 4,5 overall rating for John and his team. The house is beautiful, clean and tranquil. I appreciate the setup of the bedrooms, kitchen and living area. There is more than enough utilities, cutlery and necessary equipment for a long, comfortable and wholistic stay. The continual availability of a helper was especially great. One thing I disapprove of was the insistent reminders from the Helper and John to thank the helper at the end of our stay with some money on the side. While it goes without say that we will appreciate the helper, it is not necessary to continually remind us. John's communication was exceptional and proactive. We were well informed on all important information before and during our stay. I would recommend 'A Beautiful Place' to any group of friends or family looking to 'Getaway' in a tranquil environment.

The experience was something out of this world! From beginning to end we were treated like VIP’s yet it felt like home at the same time! The on site staff were simply amazing and attentive, having our own private ranger Rochelle living on the property provided safety as well as expertise! She is unbelievably knowledgeable as well as kind and accommodating and went out of her way to show us beautiful wildlife sitings! Expect more than what you get, the listing has private chalets instead of bedrooms all in a house which all include King Sized beds and outside showers and super comfortable linen! I cannot wait to come back! Thank you for a magnificent getaway!

Loved Nicky's place. We had a wonderful weekend in the bush, exactly what we needed. The house was perfect for all our friends and family. The house was clean upon arrival and we had a cleaning lady everyday. It was also perfect with a toddler as most of the rooms were on ground level and he could run around everywhere. Would definitely recommend Nicky's place.

Patrick & I stayed from 8-11Aug24. Thank you Riana for a beautiful getaway. From your friendly front desk lady to Pierre and his wife. We felt at home. The accommodation was spacious and had all the utensils and cleaning stuff we needed. We loved the scenery and the awesome sunsets. What stood out for us was the tour. Very informative and a passionate and knowledgeable guide. We could feel it in our veins. This is a place that is highly recommended if you need some me time and to experience all the cats and their habitat. Looking forward to be back again.
