位置方便，开车7分钟左右到机场，适合赶早班机，去古城的话不堵车15分钟左右。房子路对面就是711，沿路有一家简餐咖啡厅，越南餐厅，泰国菜餐厅和一个日料店，味道都还不错，比较有特色。 房子空间很大，两层楼带一层大露台，客厅和卧室都有电视，两层三个卫生间，厨房餐具齐全，洗碗，洗衣，烘干机都有。 房东超级热情，提前发来了房屋地址，还推荐了周边的一些配套信息，其中比较有意思的是艺术村，选了3家咖啡，都没有踩坑。 适合小型家庭出游/小团体（4人最佳）/中转过渡。同等价位比住酒店宽敞太多，凌晨航班优选。

사진보다 실제가 훨씬 더 넓고 좋았습니다 호스트인 Bo씨도 정말 친절하게 정말 잘 대해주셨어요 치앙마이는 처음이고 대가족으로 가는거라 숙소가 이상하면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 완전 대만족입니다 주변에 레스토랑이나 슈퍼 편의점 같은것들도 다 가깝고 안전한 장소였던거같아요 대가족이나 인원이 많다면 꼭 추천합니다!

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

很高兴认识了房东Roxy小姐姐，一个非常高能量的女孩。会给我们介绍周边游玩行程，好吃的米其林餐厅，灵验的佛寺，哈哈哈。 房屋古色古香，正是我喜欢和期待的模样！房子里有很多很多roxy从全球各地旅游后淘宝回来的古董，看得出来她对房子倾注了很大的心血，是个热爱生活的女孩！这个房子的能量场和磁场都很滋养人。大爱呀！

오래 전의 부잣집 저택에 머무는 느낌이었어요. 집도 마당도 매우 넓어요. 사진으로 보는 것보다 표현되지 않은 부분이 많아요. 날이 흐리거나 어두울 때 조명을 켜놓고 찍은 사진이 많지만 실제로는 꽤 밝은 집이에요. 창문이 매우 많거든요. 창문과 문마다 이중 커튼과 방충망이 다 있어요. 마당이 매우 넓고 잠글 수 있는 뒷마당도 있어요. 별채나 창고나 마굿간 같은 건 아니었을까 싶은 건물들도 많고 별도의 주방이 또 있는데 마당에도 야외주방이 오픈 바 형태로 또 있어요. 사진은 이전 사진인지 살림살이가 덜 채워졌을 때 사진 같고 마당에 평상도 있어 누워 쉴 수 있고 내부 주방 옆에 홈바가 또 있는데 음료 먹을 수 있게 컵 등이 풍부하게 있어요. 대형 빨래 건조대를 놓을 수 있는 공간이 너무 많고요. 야외에 물이 나오는 곳도 아주 많아요. 마당에 심지어 화장실이 남자 여자 두 칸씩 있고요. 베란다도 여러개 있고요. 2층도 거실이 넓어요. 작은 텃밭에서 고추가 자라고 있어요. 사진에서 보던 것보다 소품 하나 하나가 고급지고 색도 비비드하고 예뻐요. 공간 공간마다 주인의 손길과 고심해서 고른 패브릭과 소품과 컬렉션으로 채워져 있어요. 부잣집 마담만이 소비해볼 수 있는 고풍스러운 취향의 살림을 구경하는 재미랄까요. 그리고 집에 생화가 가득 가득해서 놀랐어요. 집에 이렇게 많은 화분에 이 많은 생화라니. 물론 조화나 드라이 플라워도 있지만 진짜 생화가 많아서 놀랐답니다. 마당도 예쁜 꽃들이 가득해요. 심지어 매일 새벽에 마당에 있는 꽃에 물 주러 오시더라고요. 마당에서 담장 넘어간 꽃나무는 지나가는 여자들이 얼마나 많이들 서서 사진을 찍고 있는지 몰라요. 대문 나갈 때마다 누군가는 꽃을 찍고 있었어요. 오래 전 구옥이라 문 열고 잠그는 방식이 낯설어서 재미가 있어요. 계단도 나무 소리가 나는 게 재미있고요. 과거 부잣집 집 구조 보고 싶으신 분은 이 문 저 문 가보면서 좋아하실 것 같아요. 2층 수압은 약하고 헤어드라이기는 챙겨오세요. 아 집 위치는 끝내줍니다.

Excellent séjour Allez y les yeux fermés

Beautiful house near oldtown. It was a very quiet and calm area, if you prefer. Private parking spot with a locked garage door was a big plus. It would be great if the living room seating was a little more comfortable.

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

Nous avons passés un séjour exceptionnel dans la Phi private villa. Napat et les femmes sur place ont été incroyables. Nous étions 2 familles avec des enfants en bas âge, nous avons été aux petits soins, petit déjeuner de grande qualité, villa incroyable très propre et spacieuse. Napat nous a également proposé des excursions avec chauffeur privé. Nous aurions voulu rester plus longtemps tellement nous nous sentions bien. Le logement est même plus beau que sur les photos Un grand merci pour tout. Assurément nous reviendrons.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tanpuri. The place has a stylish yet natural feel, and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, great for a slow afternoon. The location is super convenient—close to the Old City and lots of good food spots. Overall, a calm and comfortable place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Really nice place and very responsive hosts. This place is great for a family getaway with clean and excellent facilities. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

All of us had a very pleasant stay even if short. Guy and his team were amazing at answering our questions before we came, being responsive during our stay every time we reached out and were providing VIP quality service with flexibility when they were able to. Definitely a place I would go back to. More than the place, the service was impeccable. Thank you for providing us with the perfect environment for a relaxing stay.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

My family had a wonderful weeks stay. Host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early after 24hrs of travelling ! We were very grateful. Great location which although was in the town was very quiet, which meant there were lots of places to eat and temples near by. We had a car so saw lots of Chiang Mai and the villa was a nice place to relax in after a hot busy day. Bedrooms were a great size. As others have said floors are slippery now and again but we got used to them. Great having a pool and a washing machine too! Overall a great stay! Thank you x

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

I had a fantastic stay at this pool villa! It has 5 spacious bedrooms, perfect for accommodating a big group. The private swimming pool is great for relaxing, and there's even a snooker table and card games to keep everyone entertained. This villa is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a fun and comfortable getaway. With plenty of space, great amenities, and a lively atmosphere, it's the perfect place to make lasting memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy yet entertaining stay!

fantastische week gehad met 6 personen(3 koppels). ieder een eigen slaapkamer met eigen badkamer. Een paar minuten lopen van een grote op buitenlanders gerichte supermarkt met oa goed brood. Restaurants zijn ook in de directe omgeving. Het zwembad is groter dan van sommige hotels. In de wintermaanden is het water fris, maar voor Noord Europeanen goed te doen. Alle Grab chauffeurs en pickup services kunnen het makkelijk vinden. De North Gate is op loop afstand.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure
