This is the cutest (updated) Craftsman, it felt unique to be lodging in older Reno history, so close to the riverwalk (less than 2 blocks) and quick access to all the cool artsy vibes and flavors Reno has to offer. I especially appreciated and enjoyed the refreshed kitchen full of useful gadgets. Kelly keenly fused furnishings of the time with modern comforts. Beds were newer, soft, yet firm enough and comfortable. I especially loved the hard wood floors, in the front of the house, vintage windows, tile work and unique rugs. Neighbors were kind/patient with AirBnB. This was a perfect fit for our needs; two full bathrooms, two quality beds, kitchen to work in, a washer & dryer, a spot to enjoy morning coffee and centrally located to the riverwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Peggy's Airbnb! The location is unbeatable – just a quick 5-minute drive to Diamond Peak ski resort, making our ski trip incredibly easy, especially with our group of 7. This was a huge plus for us! The property was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Traveling as two families, we found the home mostly well-equipped for our needs. The amenities were generally sufficient for a pleasant stay. Regarding value, the price was higher compared to some other properties we've rented in this complex before, which were sometimes more spacious. Overall, we had a wonderful and hassle-free stay. The proximity to Diamond Peak, the cleanliness, and the general comfort made for a great vacation. We would definitely recommend this property, especially to families or groups looking for a conveniently located and clean base for their Diamond Peak adventures. Thank you Peggy for a great stay!

Wonderful serene property on the river. Only downside was us not being able to stay longer. Definately will be back to enjoy it longer Great amenities. Clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home immaculately clean, and surprisingly spacious, providing ample room for our group to relax and enjoy each other's company.Such a serene atmosphere with waterfront views. Kids also appreciated the arcade games and puzzles. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The space has such a beautiful aesthetic—thoughtfully designed with charming details that make it feel both stylish and welcoming. It felt like a true home away from home—cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every corner radiates warmth, and I found it hard to leave! Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at this beautiful spot among the trees surrounded by lots of snow. This place is very comfortable with all the amenities you could want on vacation (even a coffee grinder, coffee machine, and filters). It is very close the Lake Tahoe and right down the road from Raley’s grocery store, kid-friendly restaurants, and sledding hills and ski slopes. The beds were comfortable. The place was spotless. We had a wonderful time with our little family. We highly recommend staying here!

The property was great and had everything needed to accommodate what I was looking for. Property was well kept and clean.

Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

Great rental - it was clean, quiet, well equipped, convenient. Check in / out was easy to manage. Property manager was great to deal with. Only two things to call out: 1) We had a small hiccup in that there were no bath towels when we arrived. Had some back and forth with the property manager and they rectified the situation in 24 hrs. 2) This was not a cheap rental by any means for the weekend we booked it but the rates were generally high in Reno even for the simplest hotels/motels so this plane was great value in comparison. All in all we would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else.

We loved our stay!! We didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities because we were busy at a volleyball tournament most of the time, but the place was wonderful to come home to every night!

Finding the unit was tricky the first time, but it all made sense the second time. Perhaps Lusso could better warn guests that finding the place might be tricky initially, and to give extremely detailed instructions upon finding the place. I was in Sparks/Reno, not my favorite places given that getting anywhere requires not just driving but lots of it, and, I was there for three intense work weeks. But the unit proved a good refuge from everything. And, most important for me, the kitchen was quite serviceable. I took my own knives, but never had to get them out. Parking is especially easy, with the assigned space near the door to the hallway leading to unit. The hallway leading to the unit is a bit sketchy with stained carpet and smells. The unit could have used better lighting in the living area, but I adjusted by moving the floor lamp by the couch to being over the dining/work table.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

Great location and host was very responsive. Quickly arranged for a new coffee machine when the existing one was broken.

We had a nice time, the only thing we thought was lacking was bathroom mats to prevent slips and falls when getting out of the shower. Overall the apartment is as described and the host was very responsive.
