What a lovely home away from home, Rhonda has created. It was clean, cozy and really well designed. The neighborhood was quiet and we saw deer every day. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

This place is so nice! Felt right at home. Such a cozy spot! The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. Also... LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. The location is great! So many things were walkable. The culture of the area is sick and it was such a cool way to experience Seattle! Would recommend!

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

FIVE STARS all the way! Central location, easy to find, host communicated clearly and kindly. It is hard to explain how it feels much bigger than the pictures show. Large open floor plan. Incredible views! Walk to shops and restaurants easily. If you are noticing that it is above a business and that seems to hectic, forget that. It is quiet and the location feels extremely private because you don't have neighbors right beside you. It is truly a hidden gem. The house, especially the kitchen, is huge with tons of counter space and cooking essentials. I cannot thank Erin enough for being such an awesome host in the perfect place for me and my 3 adult-ish sons. All of them said it was a perfect place.Would love to stay again!!

Beautiful place! Beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were clean and soft, home was quiet and kitchen was beautiful with high quality items. By far the best Airbnb kitchen I’ve seen! TV was easy to use and the place was much more spacious than I anticipated.

The host were excellent. The home was cozy and just what we love about West Seattle quite!

Had a very comfortable stay. Appreciated the open layout. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and finding items were a breeze. The location was perfect! A 7 minute walk to my son's campus and dorm. Coffee/cafe, dining and shopping are also in walking distance. I will definitely look into this Airbnb next year.

We were in town for 2 nights to attend a family wedding. There were 4 of us, and the 2 bedroom unit was just right. We drove into town, so having the garage was great. It is a small garage, just as described (make sure you fold in your sideview mirrors!). Adis was very responsive, and gave very clear instructions on finding the place and getting in. The linens and bedding were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the location, as it was close enough to walk to restaurants and even to downtown (Pike's place market was about a mile, mostly downhill). We would definitely stay here again (and catch a Mariners game next time!).

We had a great stay! The place was clean, with all the required rooms and the added bonus of two toilets, which was very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the parking lot was easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Just a heads-up—there are quite a few stairs to climb, so something to keep in mind for those with mobility concerns. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Great stay while I was in Seattle for the week! Extremely clean! Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Parking was never an issue even when I got back late at night which was very nice. Would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!!

Amazing location. Awesome host.

This was the perfect place for my family. All three bedrooms were furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and appliances worked well. Tv has streaming channels. There is a backyard and it was a quiet location but walkable to parks and restaurants. They were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I would stay here again anytime I am in the area.

It was an excellent property. We liked the spacious feel, the bedding, and especially liked the hot tub on the roof with a bbq. I was able to entertain my group of 5 with plenty of space to spare. Thank you for your efforts. Kaia

Great place to stay for vacation. We were a group of 7 so every couple had their own room. They let us check in early! Great Cafe and coffee spots around area to walk. My wife enjoyed the most was the hot water in the showers lol. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

A first visit to Seattle for most of us so we didn’t really know where to stay and have nothing to compare it to but it worked out well. We were able to walk to Pike Place and to Capital Hill shopping area but definitely had to Uber, as it is an all uphill walk on the way back. Uber did work out very well for all our other activities. The apartment is just as pictured and was perfect for our group Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of bath linens. It was very clean but it’s a rental so it does have a little wear and tear on the walls. Feng is super responsive to any questions or requests. We were a little disappointed about the rooftop as we were there on an exceptionally beautiful sunny week and the furniture was not set up for season. Feng did offer to come clean things for us however. Although we didn’t have a car, there is a designated space that would really come in handy because the street parking is quite something in this city. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Another amazing stay! My family absolutely loves staying here when they come to town. It's the perfect home base for exploring all of Ballard by foot. The farmers market, the locks, and long walks around the beautiful neighborhood were the highlights of the weekend. The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. This was their second stay and they hope to come back again next time they're visiting!

This is a comfortable compact townhouse in a central part of Seattle. We enjoyed our stay very much and our hosts provided good instructions and clearly described what to expect with regards to all the levels. It didn’t quite register that noise and light would carry so much between levels so bring ear plugs and eye masks if you are sensitive to that. Otherwise, it’s a great home base to explore Seattle!

Everything was exactly as expected. The house had everything you could possibly need and is extremely walkable and near so many things but is also just far enough to where it’s peaceful.

The entire apartment was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Lots of easy spots for parking. Great place to stay if you're visiting UW Medicine

Thanks again for the wonderful stay! Highly recommend this oasis in the heart of central district in Seattle - super close to downtown, but plenty of peace and quiet as well. Kitchen was honestly the best I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb - there was an air fryer, mixer and a vitamix blender! Would have been happy to stay for another week!

I travel often for work and prefer AirBnBs over hotels any day, especially when my trips are more than 1 night. This AirBnB was one of my absolute favorites to stay in! The rooftop patio deck and firepit were enjoyed every night. I enjoyed visiting upper Freemont, The Market, and Reuben's Brews in my down time. When back in the area, I hope to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
