comfortable stay, clean place, sufficient space and beddings for 8-10 people, amazing small town vibe, only thing missing was skewers for the grill

This place was even better than the listing showed! It will be our rental of choice whenever we return to Eastsound.

We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing weekend at Lorri’s place. We loved that this location was outside of the town on a dead end street. Lorri’s loft had everything (and more!) that we like to have in a rental. We really appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen: coffee, teas, cocoa and creamer; lots of spices, cooking oil, and lots of other staples. The hot tub and patio were lovely. Last but not least, the beds were super comfortable! Highly recommend this place.

Arden's place was just as advertised. Great location in Capital Hill. Nice walkable neighborhood and safe. Lots of options for food and beverages within a few blocks. Clean as a whistle. Great amenities. Arden was an excellent host. Super communicative. The bed was comfortable. Because it was in a loft, there wasn't much head room, so if you are tall, it could be a bit tricky. Other than that the space is fantastic. I highly recommend Arden's place.

Wonderful stay, was able to store our mt bikes. Perfect downtown location. Hopefully we can stay there next time we are in town

Nathan's place was a charming little loft, close to both Seattle proper and surrounding communities like Queen Anne and Ballard etc. We enjoyed our stay, which was comfortable and relaxing. Nathan's place was just as advertised, and easy to get to and find. We loved the little touches they placed to make the place more cozy and welcoming. If we need to be in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

As other reviewers have said, the noise from the busy Madison Street is apparent. I am a deep sleeper, so this is no issue for me sleeping. However, when they’re during the day and you want to have the windows open, it’s pretty loud. The place is immaculate and in great shape. Host is incredibly responsive. My only gripe actually is there’s no central air. There is heat, but not a/c unless a portable a/c unit is hooked up for the summer. They offered to hook it up for me and I declined, thought the cooler weather would bring internal temp down— the unit is newer and so well insulated it stays at 72/73 degrees no matter what. If you appreciate that temperature, this place will be absolutely no problem for you, but I like to sleep with it colder. Again, they’ll have portable a/c hooked up for warmer months; I just caught them between seasons. I’m usually a windows open, enjoy the breeze person, and this unit just doesn’t allow for that. Overall 9/10 place considering all.

We loved our short stay at the Captain’s Suite in Eastsound. Super cute, great view, fantastic location to walk everywhere in Eastsound.

This was easily the most helpful host we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Tammy went out of her way to send us recommendations and accommodated our airline-caused changes with ease. The place was just as described (or better, really) and we would love to stay again in the future. A huge THANK YOU to Tammy for making a whirlwind college scouting trip easier.

I stayed here for a month and everything about it was perfect - the suite was so cute and cozy! I instantly felt right at home and I appreciated how walkable the neighbourhood was - I loved going on walks and admiring the character homes, and I always felt safe. Jeanna was a wonderful host and always responsive. I would happily stay here again!

Comfortable place to stay while visiting downtown Vancouver. Good location for walking to local restaurants, parks, and water fronts. Quick drive to downtown Portland and surrounding Vancouer areas.

Great unit in the perfect location. Walkable to everything including attractions, a Whole Foods, restaurants, coffee, etc. Unit had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved Derik’s place. Derik was a wonderful host and was always responsive throughout our stay for any questions we had. The apartment had everything we needed and was such a nice, cozy spot to hang out. Great location and the neighborhood was walkable to so many hidden gems which we loved. Highly recommend staying here at Derik’s place!

Had a very pleasant stay at Adrian’s. It’s a very quaint apartment with beautiful surroundings and the location is perfect, its close to the downtown, yet far enough that you avoid the noise associated with downtown. The apartment had everything we needed and Adrian was very easy to reach out when needed. He’s a great host and made us feel right at home.

We had a wonderful stay! It felt very much like home. The hot tub is amazing. Nothing is left out here. TV and games, kitchenette with every small appliance needed, cozy dining table and chairs, comfortable day bed and king bed, very cool secret fort built in bunk beds, tree swing and playhouse on the green front lawn. There were some many amenities here, we couldn’t fully mention, and we didn’t even get around to using! Yes, the hot tub is amazing. This was a memorable experience.

The location and decor in the home are incredible! Exactly like the pictures! We had a group of 6 (including our 11yr old and 17yr old) and it was perfect. Walkable to all the things you’d want to do in Seattle along with great restaurants and coffee spots. The Club below is not an exaggeration however we were well informed to know what to expect and ear plugs were provided so this wasn’t a big concern for us. The club is only open Fri/Sat and closes right at the expected time. The home was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Lanis was communicative (not overly and as needed) and polite/friendly in our interactions.
