My team stayed in Beth's house for the Buck Fifty race and it was perfect. Plenty of room for us to spread out, hot tub for sore muscles after each portion of the race and a comfortable place to relax in during the downtime. We will absolutely be booking for the race again next year assuming someone else doesn't snag it out from under us.

Such a beautiful house to have the celebration of life for my lovely mom, and unexpectedly me and my boyfriend of 12 years decided to get married on the same day. It was so awesome thank you for everything you’re awesome I would rent it again and again and again. 🥰

This place was wonderful for our group! The kids needed space and they got it at this house! It was so nice to have MANY outdoor activities such as basketball courts, kayaking, a hot tub, scooters to roll around on, hiking path, and just lots of room everywhere! The house was great and provided the space we needed to eat, sleep, etc. We were impressed with everything. The showers got cold after awhile, but that is to be expected with that many people showering and doing some laundry. When we planned better, then it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I hope to stay there again when I bring a group to Kentucky in the future!

This is a beautiful quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Would definitely stay again!!! Great host!!!

Ryan was very responsive and very kind to give us an early checkin in. The house is in a great location. 15 minutes to all of Columbus. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The outside pool area is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need and the host is very generous with quantity. Plenty of room.

Thank you Ben for a wonderful place to stay! We come to Cincinnati multiple times a year to visit family, so it's nice to find this great house an an option to accommodate us visiting! Booked this place for my sweetheart's birthday weekend. It caught our interest because it had a hot tub, but when we arrived we both realized the place had a certain charm. It reminded both of us of the family homes we used to visit, like grandparents or relatives. It felt like a home away from home. I've had previous stays where nightfall would make a place feel unfamiliar and foreign, but I felt completely at peace here. We had a heavy storm hit us, so our enjoyment with the hot tub was brief, but Joshua was prompt in communicating with us any time we had questions. He also included a complementary gift for her birthday that we both appreciated. We both agree that we would love to come back here one day and maybe even bring the kids with us next time. Wonderful experience all around!

We really enjoyed the space. Great location, proximity to parking and tons of restaurants but nestled on a quieter street. Space was well organized and very comfortable!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group, who came in from several different states to celebrate our nieces, bridal shower. It was such a relief to have a large, spacious home that comfortably accommodated everyone. The house was spotlessly, clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was ideal - just a quick 6-minute drive to German Village, where our main events took place. While we didn’t get a chance to explore the Short North, it was clear that it would’ve been an easy walk to plenty of great shops, restaurants, and bars. One helpful tip: be sure to follow the directions to find the back of the house. They’re very clear and made getting in simple, but without them, you might find yourself looping around a bit. We’d absolutely recommend this place to any large group, looking for a clean, comfortable, inconveniently, located homebase!

The cottage was a perfect getaway for my husband and me. We spent the worst days of the Kentucky flood of 2025 there. BUT we were never flooded out on the narrow road leading into the property and Tony made sure that the grounds were safe. Loved that! The cottage was a good size, beautifully fitted out and very clean. Because the house sits on 55 acres of land, it was quiet. Despite the rain, we saw robins and cardinals, minors and squirrels. It has a feel of being out in the country and yet, only 5 minutes to I-75. It's in between Cincinnati and Lexington, and close enough to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, as well as many excellent restaurants. Tony is a warm and engaging host. We had the opportunity of meeting him in person at his Wine Tasting bar also on his 55 acres. We heard that they have live music a couple of nights a week. We were too tired to join them but the neat thing is we never heard the music from the cottage. It's a WIN!!!

This place was perfect for a weekend at WEC!

Maria’s house was a great place to stay and felt very safe! We enjoyed the arcade games and the large couch for us all to relax on after a long day of walking. The only downside is the carpets are worn so you have to be careful when walking on the carpet transitions because the carpet tack strips are starting to come through and several of us stepped on the carpet tacks. Otherwise was a wonderful stay, great neighborhood, and comfortable house with everything you would need! Would stay here again!

Very cute, nice hot tub, next to walking path and other attractions in Cincy. Kimberly is flexible and friendly. It was hard to park a large car because of construction on the street, which is probably temporary. Bed is super comfy!

Judy is awesome! She always respond quick with any questions. She always make sure we feel comfortable and if need any help with something. If I return to this area, I will stay there again. If you need a place, trust me this is the place!

Very nice, spacious accommodations. Plenty of linens. Very clear instructions from the host. Loads of parking! Close access to shopping, gas, interstate, local activities. Recommendations for dining were available. Highly recommend!

We spent 3 days in Dayton and thoroughly enjoyed our time . The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if we were back in the area.

Polly’s place was perfect and exactly what I needed for a quick stay in the area with my dog. Everything was clean and the home was adorable. Polly was very communicative and available but truthfully, I didn’t need to ask her much as she had already provided everything I needed to know! I would definitely stay again if I find myself in the area.

Our stay at elsas was prrfect for our business trip. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

Went for a weekend getaway and ended up wanted to say longer. Beautiful and private place you won’t regret staying! Perfect place to take the family and get away!

This property is stunning and felt just like home ! The location is perfect! It is very secluded w all the privacy you need but also very close to town. The most popular trails are very close by and was no hassle. This was the perfect location for me and my boyfriend for a weekend get a way, we didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to come back!
