beautiful Stay. one of our best friends husband just passed away and we were able to create a peaceful place for her to come hang and rest listen to meditation music, hot tub and watch birds. owl landed just outside the porch and hung out with us while we were in the hot tub. 🦉 ❤️

Derek and Kristen were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was such a treat, as they prepared it. They even took the time to sit and eat with us. We truly enjoyed this time with them, and even walked away with recipes. We enjoyed our stay much that we booked another trip before leaving.

Wyatt was helpful and responsive. His place worked great for riding the gravel roads around Hazel Valley.

We loved this place! Very close to the University and to excellent restaurants. We have already booked again to drop off our daughter in August.

2nd stay at this gorgeous house and hopefully not my last!! Matt is an outstanding host and this house is gorgeous just like the pictures! What you don’t know until you stay is that the neighborhood is peaceful and filled with nature and yet literally right on the edge of campus. So, while you can walk to campus, or even to a few restaurants, you will also see deer (we saw a doe and her two babies), groundhogs, raccoon, and tons of birds. You will hear a symphony of birds all day as a matter of fact. You could totally forget you are in the city! Matt was super flexible and patient with us throughout our stay and helped us with anything and everything we needed!

Very cozy and clean place to stay while visiting family at University of Arkansas. Would definitely stay here again!

What a gem of a place within walking distance to campus, grocery, restaurants, beautiful parks and bike paths, and a surprise attraction of the national cemetery. The neighborhood was charming and peaceful, and the property itself was rich in personality, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities one could want - it was like being in a quiet retreat! While it rained our entire visit, the sunroom was so lovely for morning coffee, the backyard was so peaceful, and we had so fun exploring all the lovely art, books, and decor. The kitchen was fantastic - well-stocked (including foil, plastic wrap, coffee, and olive oil, as well as salt and pepper)- and the grill outside was a surprise treat (we made steaks in the rain!). The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

We had a house fire, I have cancer and we had no place to go. I contacted Nama and she gave us a peace of mind, knowing we had a warm, welcoming home to live for almost a month. The price was affordable, clean, comfortable and she made sure we had everything we needed. She even had Cox cable installed for us. We are so grateful for her hosting myself, my husband, my son and my service dog. Me and my family are so blessed to have her in our lives. We know she and her family are God sent and lifesavers. God’s blessings to her and her husband for hosting us as we are in search for a new home. 🙏🏽😇

Leigh is an excellent host! Very clear instructions to help with finding the house and checking in. Spotlessly clean home, which I very much appreciate. While the cottage is a 1 bedroom, there is a pull out sofa with an inflatable bed in the living room (very comfortable) as well as a rollaway bed which we used for my grandson. The space worked well for us. There is also a lovely sitting area on the porch. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Leigh!
