What a cute place! Creative decor and renovations offered a comfortable and stylish place for us to stay for the weekend. The location is great and easy to get to all the places we needed to go. Lauren is an awesome host, responsive and kind. We will definitely add this to our rotation in Fayetteville and recommend to all our friends coming to town.

We stayed over a holiday weekend to visit our son, and this place was perfect! It was close to his place, the downtown square, Dickson Street, and the trail. We loved it and we hope to be back!

It was so precious! It looked just like the photos. It was easy to get to the university and any other place we needed to go. We also enjoyed sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs. We would definitely stay there again.

beautiful place with mid-century modern accents/decor. comfy bed and plenty of everything needed, including blankets and towels. only issue was parking, lot shared with the restaurant next door (it was a very busy night in Fayetteville, so completely understandable). otherwise, loved the stay!

We will definitely stay here again! It was hotel quality clean and the view out of the windows was so pretty…all treetops. The communication was top-notch professional and friendly. Well stocked kitchen.

Super convenient place close to all the best Fayetteville attractions. We even walked back from Dickson St! Comfortable bed, cute decor, smelled good! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Spot in Fayetteville!!! Can easily walk to U of A Campus, Dickson Street, or Downtown to the square. Comfortable apartment, responsive host, good price. Will definitely try to book this place again the next time we are at George’s Majestic Lounge for a concert.

What a fantastic stay my sister and I had in this beautiful condo. I would highly recommend. Great location with lots to do, beautifully decorated, well cared for, clean as can be, super easy friendly host, I could go on and on. It was absolutely perfect for a little “mom’s get a way trip.” Plus… the mattresses were so comfy! Perfect for when you’re wanting some much needed rest.

You can’t beat the location! Close to Dickson St and restaurants! I was in town for my daughter’s sorority Mom’s Weekend and we were able to walk to the house from the apartment. The only downside is along with the convenience of being close to everything it’s somewhat loud at night….which really can’t be avoided in this area (Dickson St & the train), but Annsley provided a white sound machine to help distract the sound.

The place was great nice and peaceful. Jerome and Sharon were very friendly and helpful. The garden was beautiful and the smell of flowers was so relaxing. Would definitely recommend.
