Always a great time at Collins Lake Resort! Wonderful place to stay.

Keeping it short and sweet! Home was much bigger than excepted. Beautiful location. Collins lake resort staff is amazing. Will recommend to everyone!

This is a true gem, and the lodging was even better than the photos! We had a late arrival and the process was super smooth, thanks to our very responsive and helpful host. The location is perfectly tucked away next to beautiful pine trees and running water. Loved that it was also easy to walk to the restaurants and shops in town. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're visiting Mt. Hood.

This is the closest you will come to ski-in, ski-out on Mt. Hood; very convenient short walk to the tubing hill and Ski Bowl. I appreciated that the condo was so well stocked with household items that you may have forgotten to bring; foil, plastic wrap, spices, cleaning supplies. Truly, it was the best stocked condo I've ever rented. They also had a wonderful supply of children's toys, sleds, games and even a play area for little ones. We had a great time and many thanks for all the thoughtful and considerate amenities.

my family had to temporarily move out of our home because of a major water line busting. we needed something local quickly and found Kevin's place. I've never experienced better communication from someone that's not right in front of you. he worked with our insurance housing folks and cleared enough time until we know when we can move back in to our home. the house was perfect for us. GREAT location! next to the biggest park in town, views of Mt Hood and extremely quiet. the home was clean and furnished well beyond what is normal. every question I had for Kevin was answered with the hour. Thank God for this place, my family can rest easy knowing we have a great place until we can go home. thanks again Kevin!

This will be my go-to home when visiting my brother. The home is beautifully pictured and described but it exceeds all expectations in person. The 60s retro vibe throughout the home has made me consider redecorating my own home. The views are amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the rest of the house...we never even made it to the game room (except the kids who were found playing pac-man at 6am!). I cant say enough awesome things about this property. But what made it even more inviting was Britnei & her help throughout our stay. She answered all questions and even came to the house to help us light a fireplace. She went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & happy. If I had to find something that could be improved on-some of the food items provided were empty (coffee - but we brought our own anyway, there was no salt) & a couple burners on the stove did not work. All fixable & do not impact the awesomeness of this home!

We came to the area for river rafting with extended family and were overall quite satisfied. There was plenty of space, the pool was a hit, and we were treated to an evening lightening storm, which we watched through the big windows. The decor was a mix of high end, out of date, and quirky.

Very nice house in a very quiet safe neighborhood. We had everything we needed for our large family stay, the pool was great and so much fun. The beds were super comfortable and the place was clean. Thank you Britnei for a great stay!

We loved our stay! The house is clean and larger than we expected. The kids loved the foosball table and game console- we liked that they had their own living room space downstairs. The house is very comfortable and has high end features liked heated floors, an ice maker, hot tub, and full sized washer and dryer. The master shower is really nice! The house is in a great location- quick walk to the general store and restaurants (Ratskeller was family friendly and has an arcade upstairs) and only 15 minutes or so to ski at Mt Hood Meadows or Timberline. Also just a few minutes from the Mirror Lake hiking trail. This house seems much nicer than the other rentals in the area. We’d love to stay here again.

We had an excellent time staying in this house. Very clean, large space, with all needed cooking/cleaning implements. Our kids loved the goats. They were very sad to leave.

We had a fantastic weekend in Hood River! Very clean, great amenities including a large laundry room, and very walkable!

This was one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at! It was so clean, beautiful and vintage. The grounds were immaculate and the house. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need. Just pack your bag, get a few groceries and enjoy the essence of being HOME!! The location was very convenient to places in Hood River, OR. You will need a car but honestly the home and grounds were so wonderful you wouldn't even need to go anywhere to enjoy yourself. It was very private. The only time we saw someone else - was someone working a little on the landscape. AND there is a beautiful flower/vegetable garden we enjoyed looking at just a ways away in front of the house. I would buy this house, if it was for sale, if I lived on the West Coast. Thank you to the Owner & Caretakers for sharing it with us!! Nancy B.

What a wonderful place. We were hooked by the view and won over by the space, the comfort and the cleanliness. We really liked how clean the place…it was definitely barefoot clean. Great linens in bedrooms and baths. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and a number of small appliances. Plenty of chairs to use outside. Karen’s home makes a great base for exploring the Gorge. It’s also a good place to spend a rest day after sightseeing and outings. Just watching the changing sky and clouds from the deck or the living room couch is amazing. Great sunsets, too. Would come back again.

We had a relaxing stay in a beautifully remodeled old farmhouse with lots of nice outside seating.

I stayed at Cassidy's while doing some long gravel rides around Dufur. Very spacious place, INSANE views, and walkable to a great coffee shop (honey buns, fresh bakery too), and walkable across the bridge (WOW that was something, huge fear of heights, I loved it) to the Riverside, a great restaurant with A+ food. The space itself is huge with a huge deck overlooking the river. Def recommend, will be back if they'll have me!

Amazing location! Having the dock was awesome. We rented a pontoon and were able to drive it right up to the dock to load things up. The 4th bedroom was through another room and pretty tiny with bunk beds which had very uncomfortable hard mattresses. Probably fine for kids but not great for an adult. Besides that my only complaint would be to put screens on the windows so bugs wouldn't come in if opened. Possibly add a floating island or butcher block to the kitchen as there's very little counter space to prep food but definitely not a deal breaker. Overall it was very clean and I would definitely come back!

Our third visit! This is our favorite place to stay while visiting family in the area - always clean and Michael goes above and beyond. Beautiful house and can’t ask for more from a host!

Stephanie's apartment was a perfect basecamp for our Columbia Gorge adventures. It is clean and comfortable with every detail well thought out, and in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We hope to stay there again on our future trips to Mosier.

Great place for a quick fishing trip!

This was a repeat stay because we love this place SO much! One of my all-time favorite places to visit. The view just can’t be beat. The beauty of the gorge is unrivaled. We spent hours drinking coffee/wine and just watching how the shifting clouds and light changed our view by the minute. The amenities are spotless…very cozy and comfortable beds/linens. I can’t speak highly enough about this little gem. Ten minutes to great restaurants/downtown Hood River…and there is an awesome local winery (Idiot’s Grace) within walking distance!! Do NOT miss this one…you won’t be disappointed!!

I had an amazing stay! The view from the place was absolutely stunning—whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. I Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy beautiful surroundings!
