Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better, just minutes from the mountain resort and Uinta State Park, where we found a gorgeous trail leading to a waterfall. The house itself was stunning, spotless, and well-maintained. Hot tub was also clean and well-maintained. The host’s communication was top-notch, responding quickly to any questions we had. We encountered a small issue during our stay, but the host had their maintenance guy, Dusty, handle it immediately. He was awesome! Overall, a 10/10 experience that made my birthday unforgettable. We’ll always remember this trip and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a magical stay in Sundance!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get to the Jordanelle Gondola and be on the slopes with ease. The storage for skis at the Jordanelle Gondola was an added bonus! The house was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year!

We were 8 people and stayed for 4 nights (April 4-8). The house is great and at a super location with a wonderful view. Erik has everything very well explained in the booklet he sends out before arrival and its available in the house (kitchen). I love that there is a wood burning fireplace, which we used every day. Of course you need to know how to work and handle a wood burning fireplace. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Bathrooms work perfectly. We did not use the game room because we were too busy going down to Main Street exploring all the bars, restaurants and shops. You have several stairs that go straight down to Main Street. Just perfect. You are a short drive (7 min) to Deer Valley where you can ski for days and check out all the different resort hotels of that area. Erik is a caring host. Communication was easy. Any questions/problems you may have, he will get back to you promptly. We all loved staying at Erik's house and would book it again.

Great time at Les and Loris! They were on TOP of it with communication. We had a few minor things that weren’t clean, but not a big deal. The space was perfect for a social getaway with our book club!

A great location with really easy local transportation access. Save the car rental and pay a little more for a lot nicer neighborhood! Great house w grill and private hot tub. Felt right at home and walked to fresh market then rode the bus home. David was a great host as well.

The condo was beautiful and we loved having a private hot tub. It was really nice to have assigned and covered parking. Some of the listing instructions were a bit confusing, but we did figure everything out.

We loved the location of the home, we had a great view to the snowy mountains in the mornings, and clear nights with few light congestion so you could see the stars, plus the jacuzzi really hits after a long snowboard day, thanks for the hospitality!

Kyle was a super host, as advertised. He was very responsive, thorough, thoughtful, and clearly focused on hospitality. If you're going skiing in Park City, this is an A+ location, house, and host - I would highly recommend!

Amazing trip. Location was great - could walk to the gondola in 5 minutes! All the amenities were high quality and everything well stocked.

Great location, easy drive to Soldier Hollow. The resort was busy, but we enjoyed a quiet stay with no noise. Fun to walk across the street to Homestead Crater. Host was responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. Would be happy to stay here again.

The views from majority of the windows were amazing! Great book selection, great game selection, plenty of cookware and dinner ware. The grocery store right before you turn into the subdivision is top notch, don’t go anywhere else! Easy drive to all surroundings towns for skiiing. If you have kids you must go to the ninja kidz action park in south Jordan. So fun. Will love to book again.

Amy’s space was a great space that had its own unique flair with the decor keeping up with the times despite the Zermatt Resort being a bit more dated. We loved this to celebrate a birthday with a girls weekend getaway. The hosts even went out of their way to allow me to get in earlier to put some birthday surprises inside! We all felt right at home! Thanks!

Amazing stay, wonderful communication, easy to find and get inside. Pool was the highlight of our stay, but everything else was great too. Beautiful place!

Had a great staycation with my family. My kids adored the indoor/outdoor pool. My wife loved swimming with our kids during the snowstorm, definitely a first of its kind experience. I highly recommend staying here.

Smooth vacation with no problems and nice space

Jill’s place was the perfect stay for our ski weekend! Plenty of space, charming amenities, and easily walkable to Brighton. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Plus, Jill was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dave and Tristy’s cabin! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect getaway. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring, and we really appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. We also spent our evenings around the fire pit, making s’mores and enjoying the peaceful surroundings—it was truly the perfect way to end the day. Dave and Tristy were incredible hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They’ve clearly put a lot of effort into making their cabin a welcoming retreat, and it really shows. If you're looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to come back

This cabin in midway made everyone feel right at home. The views were spectacular, the location was amazing, and the host was amazing at responding to us quickly. Anyone who is looking for a mountain getaway needs to book this place.

My family and I enjoyed our visit to Kamas/Utah and this beautiful home. Location was perfect for all the sites we visited. A few items I would have preferred, a closet or dresser in the primary bedroom as we had to live out of our suitcase for the week and not able to hang our clothes up. We were unable to open certain doors to the outside back patio or use the fireplaces in the house which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, we enjoyed it.

This is a great place to stay for a skiing vacation at Sundance. The house was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely book this again with any future trips to Sundance!

This place is extremely cozy and comfortable. Well appointed, clean, good beds and showers. Hits all the marks and has a hot tub where you can relax and listen to the stream that’s just adjacent to the property. Great stay.
