Great restaurants , or spend a day over in Solomons Island, about 20 miles from us. Peaceful settings for relaxing right on the water,or kayak on the river.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

Shared property, but the second floor guesthouse is all yours. The first floor is a garage we use for storage. Salt water lap pool, 100 feet of beach on Lower Machodic Creek with expansive views of the Potomac River, kayaks, private dock, and 20 acres to explore. The mini donkeys and cows are always looking for new friends. We also have seasonal animals like pigs, chickens, and ducks at different times of the year.
